Good for you. My wife wants a baby, and I still can't fulfill that with my implant. I'll likely have to pursue therapies like IVF or artificial insemination. It’s not the end of the world for me. If the implant causes anorgasmia, it usually means the nerves were unintentionally traumatized during surgery, and that damage may be reversible or not, as in my case. Still, I can give my wife multiple orgasms, and I reach mine through a good hand job. The implant saved our sex life, even though it caused some collateral damage to my nerve endings and deeply affected my sensitivity during PIV. But honestly, who cares? I think for most guys it is not damaged nerves, but the fact that the glans never fully engorges for a lot of implantees. Some may get partial engorgement of the glans, but I think it is the engorgement of the glans that sends signals to the smooth muscle tissues that are responsible for orgasm.

This is just speculation on my part and I am sure that there are some implanted guys that have suffered nerve damage, but I think it is far more rare to get nerve damage from an implant surgery than something like a RP

It perplexes me to hear about gents who get off best, or only, by oral. With my anorgasmia, the first to go was blowjobs. I used to - and still do - love blowjobs and cumming in her mouth was spectacular. Now, it's still a great feeling but there's no way her mouth can get me over the edge.
