TEP Or Other Similar Treatments

I had a penoscrotal Titan implanted 5 and a half weeks ago.

I can now pump to max inflation to the point where the bulb gets stuck and cannot be pumped any more. This takes 25 squeezes.

With full engorgement the length is pretty much all there, it goes to appx 6.2 or 6.25 inches bone pressed with maximum glans engorgement. Prior to the implant it was 6.3 bone pressed with full engorgement.

However the girth in the upper half of the shaft is down a good bit, maybe 0.4 inches or thereabouts, and that's a lot because I wasn't very girthy before. From the base to the mid shaft it's about the same as it used to be (4.5/4.6 inches there). I think the implant caused a bit of fibrosis in the upper left hand side, as its now kind of dented in there.

Although I can inflate to maximum inflation the upper half isn't getting as much water as the lower half, it's not expanding, and when I grab that upper half from certain angles it can feel rather thin and - perhaps not weak - but a bit insubstantial, depending on what way I grab it. Its not getting good enough fullness for my liking up there.

Maybe this will improve with daily cycling over time, but I'm not sure if it will. I'm considering filler in the near future. I'm also considering using a VED but not crazy aggressive VED to see if this will help.

I've also seen stuff about TEP posted here on Franktalk and I'm very curious about it.

Can TEP be performed on someone that already has an implant or can it only be performed on someone receiving an implant/revision?

Is there any other procedures similar to TEP that have the same effect?

What surgeons in Europe or elsewhere can do this TEP stuff?
