TEP? expansion procedure worth it?

Postby kjcustoms » Thu Dec 18, 2025 3:13 pm

Has anyone had a tunical expansion procedure (TEP) with their penile implant - how much of a difference did it make getting beyond your baseline length and girth? Is it something that is worth it in terms of added recovery, cost, and selecting a surgeon that offers.

I've lost so much size over the last decade and radiation treatments for prostate cancer - really just trying to explore my options

I'm curious to know if there's any surgeons that do this in Europe?

For some reason I think Dr Hakky is the only one that does it.

I might be interested in trying it some time in the future if it's safe, effective and affordable. I'm 5+ weeks out from Coloplast Titan Implant surgery now.

I had it completed few years ago and did provide real results - I gained about 1.25 inch in length and almost 1 inch in girth (compared to my baseline measurements, rough estimate) It also corrected the curvature i had from peyronie's disease and fibrosis. You still need to cycle aggressively to ge the final result which takes months.

Not sure who does in Europe but in US there are only a handful of options (esp on the west coast) with the necessary expertise and patience!

Interesting. I live in Ireland and I don't think it's available in western or Eastern Europe. Sounds like you got excellent gains from it. How much did it cost?

If I was totally loaded now I'd fly to America and pay out of pocket for it, but I just can't really afford it right now which sucks :'(

Thanks!! I'm in Scottsdale, Arizona.

i googled your surgeon and found on his website he takes questions for his post - they sent to the doctor about TEP, hopefully get some additional responses.

There's a user in the forum who got it, you search for him. His username is so difficult to write i won't even attempt it.

I remember he showed me some pictures via PM and he had a very noticeable scar from the TEP on the penis, but this was early post op, i am curious how it looks like now.

was able to get this information from Dr. Patel after submitting inquiry. I guess has a different name for it.
