I'd say "irregularly"....I'm on my third Titan......Good luck!

Most docs will say you should get about a decade out of one before it gives out.
Of course, some malfunction way before that and some are perfectly fine well past a decade.
So in this case, your mileage may vary.

Diabetic: used pills & injections.
2 TURP surgeries caused Peyronie's. 1st implant lost to infection, 2nd one is about 5 years old. But "floppy head" due to all the scar tissue, couldn't get tips all the way up.
