OK, I just did it and it took about 45 seconds BUT, it slipped out of my hand once and that took about 2 seconds to recapture it. There are variables to consider... how big is the implant, how you squeeze the pump (I squeeze what is referred to as "wall to wall"), how fast you squeeze, do you allow the pump to completely refill with saline before you squeeze again. If memory serves me correctly my natural dick didn't completely jump to attention in less than 45 seconds.

I always say when speaking at ED seminars I can be ready in 20 seconds. I do that as a comparison to the timing involved in all the other treatments. I can't help but notice the looks changing on wive's faces when I say that. Spontanaety is gone with all other treatments. Many times the moment has passed before pills and injections work. The implant is the closest you'll ever get to being your old responding self. Who doesn't have 20 seconds to spare to go into a lovemaking session that can last until a woman is completely exhausted and thinks you're her sex superhero?

I usually pump a bit - 5 - 6 seconds - then play a bit - then pump a bit more - play a bit more - maybe pump a bit more - you kinda see....on a good day a girl pumps it up for me. Today my "Japanese Ferrari" pumped me as she played with me and sucked me. I use 15 slow full pumps to get to intercorse level. 20 seconds. When anticipating an event or out on a date, I am already ten pumps.

Strange, mines fully inflated in 4 pumps about 10 seconds. if fact today I made it too hard and it hurt.

If the cylinders are completely deflated, I would have to pump it 22 squeezes in order to get a full erection. But it only takes about ten seconds.

I don't know if mine are fully deflated. If I deflate and squeeze my penis it looks sunken on the sides but quickly plumps out. Not hard but nothing like it used to get before the implant.
