New Titan - Autoinflating

Hi All

What a relief to find this forum! Had my Titan touch implant on October 26th. Had diabetes so follow on ED then severe Peyronies with 90 degree upward bend.

Urologist said all went well and deflated it the day after surgery. About a week later the Titan was still inflated and causing real pain so went to see Urologist and he deflated. By the time I got home it was inflated again. I now have the demo pump so can now feel the button and pressing it but is there any kind of feedback to confirm its pressed? A click or something?

I can get my penis half deflated but then it just re-inflates within 10 minutes. Im due back to work on Monday and cant take the pain of this constant semi erection state...

When I got the penis mostly flaccid I tried giving the pump a quick squeeze as people have suggested and feel the 'buzz' as it pumps but not sure what the 'pop' is meant to feel like to lock the valve in.Urologist now saying reservoir maybe pushing against pubic bone causing valve issue and auto-inflation or rapid backfill.

Thankfully after reading posts here I know I will have to be patient and wait a good few weeks for things to settle! have also suggested my Urologist give out this web address!

I had my surgery the same day October 26 . Here is what I have found to work for me I have been cycling since October 29 most of the time in the bath twice a day. After I have pumped to the max and waited the 15 minutes I delate by squeezing the deflate valve and holding it for a count o 5 I don't squeeze the crap out of it I just squeeze firmly and hold till I notice the pain discomfort from the inflation is starting to subside then with both hands I take my index fingers and squeeze the shaft from the top down all the way as far as I can feel I notice that there is a squishy feeling as I do this. After that i squeeze the pump once and wait about two or three minutes . I then feel the shaft and can still feel there is some fluid in the cylinders at this point I squeeze the delate button again and at the same time I try to get the rest of the fluid out while holding the button down then another quick half pump making sure I feel the fluid get sucked back into the pump. After another few minutes I do the same thing one last time this way i get it deflated to the point its almost comfortable in any position I have found that the best type of underwear for me are David Archey with just a pouch no hole to pee through. What Dave said is basically it. The only minor differences I have is, I lay on my back, while holding the deflate button down, I wrap my fist around Mr. Happy and squeeze. When you press the deflate button, you can feel the buzz... (this is one of those times when you FEEL sounds. After I am convinced that it is empty, I slowly squeeze the pump until I feel a little click. That closes the valve so saline cannot flow back and when you are ready to inflate, you just go ahead and do it

Thanks both...just great to get the re-assurance that this is 'normal' or at least expected in the early days. Im am still a little concerned the autoinflating indicates a problem with the Titan but I guess with such an important part of the anatomy there will always be concerns.

Havent been very happy with my post procedure care to be honest - was packed off after a day in hospital and given a painkilling prescription and told to take 2 weeks off work.

My quick trip to the urologist to get a deflation was between his surgeries so it was in and out in 5 minutes (after a 3 hour drive) but he did say things were healing nicely and Im noticing the pain has reduced a lot in the last week. Most of pain is the discomfort of having a semi erect and still quite curved penis to manage. Never thought I would be dreaming of having a flaccid dick...

The biggest issue of this whole experience is trying to find some place to put it where it will stay put and be comfortable when that happens I will be very satisfied with the whole thing
. Until then it’s a lot of rearranging I’m glad I’m not in public trying to discretly find and hold that spot while the world watches.

In a way no longer having a cucumber in my pocket has made me cooler around women. Think about it. When women are young alerts having some guy trying to get in thier pants. They get older and you ignite them or play then down it plays on their insecurity and feelings of being inadequate.
Example: a few years ago. I meet family of a relatives getting married to them.
The mother (around my age) started flirting with me in front of her husband.
Told me of an app I can text her and her husband will not know I texted her. Works like a text. Quicker than email. No records like text . Told me hours when she was free. Days off. In case I wanted to say hi to her or meet her in the city for lunch. I know about the app, it is well know to cheat on hubby.
Don't like the woman. Blew her off from start. Later that night another woman from family (20 years younger) started talking to me. She is dating someone. I am very not thinking she was flirting with me. She told me she had gotten my number thru someone else. few days later she sends me a message if I want to have lunch or meet after for drinks. Sent me 2 messages. Did not even respond.
Few months later I saw her again. She ignored me, i did not say hello.
Later in the night she came to me and asked me who I I think I am ignoring her?
Told her I never got the message. Later she stated asking me about having lunch.
I told her about a nice expensive bar and hotel. Told her in hotel lobby. She loved the idea and asked when are we going. Told her I don't share. No married or dating women. Pissed her off.
6 months later I heard she lost weight and got large breast implants.
I played on her insecurity she was not good enough.
Playing hard to get can drive women crazy.
Had I gone to hotel what would I have done with her?
She thought she was not good enough.
