I just wanted to thank all the people that have posted on this site. If it wasn't for all the information I found here I don't think I would have had the courage to get an implant. I certainly wouldn't have been able to make the informed decision I did.
I was just implanted with an LGX 15 cm x 12 mm plus a single (solid?) 4 cm RTE on October 22 by Joel Cornfield. Joel is the urologist who did my radical prostatectomy. Surprisingly, and I was prepared for extreme pain, it was almost pain free. A little discomfort but nothing that required the serious drugs I had begged the Doc to prescribe. Saw him yesterday and he said while he would like to attribute this to his excellent skills, the reality is he thought I just lucked out.
He left me deflated and told me "don't fucking touch it" for six weeks. I also have to wear tight underwear or a jock strap 24 X 7 for that time period to keep my dick pointed straight up. I do have "before' measurements and a few pictures - flaccid, stretched flaccid, and semi erect with 1.5 ccs (way over the limit) of Mega Quad Mix. It will be interesting to see where things end up. I'm looking forward to being able to cycle it and being able to have a usable erection again. As far as what I was pre-surgery, well, that would be nice but it isn't a deal breaker for me emotionally as long as the change isn't too drastic. Doc says I should get back to pre-surgery numbers so there is some comfort there I suppose.
So again, thanks to everyone who ever posted on this site!
Mark

I just placed the cup of a sports jock in my regular fruit of the looms and that worked.
