When I speak at seminars I have yet to be asked about loss of length. One doctor addressed the issue at a seminar recently by saying "trust me, you won't end up a foot and a half long like you were in your 20's". He has a real sense of humor so when I spoke I commented "you might not be as long as you were when you functioned totally fine naturally, but I guarantee you your flaccid size will be about three times whatever it is now and who wouldn't think that's not cool?". I noticed I got several affirmative nods around the room. I touch on the size issue briefly by saying it was so long since I had a complete natural erection I couldn't remember how long it was. I immediately follow that comment with "however it's pretty incredible to have a solid erection that lasts as long as you want it to. No worries about the warning of if you have an erection lasting more than four hours seek immediate medical attention". I was asked once exactly how long was the longest time I was erect with an implant. I said I quite often inflate when going to bed and fall asleep that way. With regular cycling and patience, I now have my original (meaning pre-prostatectomy) length and girth. Yes, I am happy with my implant!
