I've a question about pain after implant. I've been on Trimix for 4 years. gradually going up in mix strength. I'm to the point that to maintain a 30 min erection results in quite a bit of pain. Not throbbing but constant pain during intercourse. The pain to overcome to ejaculate is blocking the pleasure of sex.
My Q is: do you experience pain of any kind during sex after the implant surgery recovery period? Not just after surgery but maybe 2 to 3 years out. Injections work for me. But there's got to be a better way.
Pain after implant???

Re: Pain after implant???
After the recovery process I have never felt any pain with my implant.
Re: Pain after implant???
You are probably allergic to the PGE-1 in trimix. I was and know your pain. 20 weeks post implant. no pain at all with intercorse. Go for it.

Re: Pain after implant???
I have been using Trimix off and on again for 8+ years. The pain feels like a small Chihuahua clamped onto the end of my cock which is a big mood breaker. At the same time, Trimix diminishes the pleasurable feelings. All of my attention became focused on maintaining my erection which could deflate in seconds just changing positions. I gave up having all by diy sex for the last year. I'm scheduled for my Titan implant this Oct.

Re: Pain after implant???
I similarly had a pain reaction to PGE-1.. it increased as I (necessarily) increased the dose as I needed to in order to achieve erections over the years.
An implant is completely different. You will have pain following the surgery, that will abate over ~ 6 weeks. Thereafter the only pain will be when you maximally inflate your implant as part of cycling.... this is fully controllable.... i.e. deflate your implant to 80% and no pain...
So the implant provides a pain-free solution that is amazingly realistic.
Taking your partner on the journey in the most generative and engaged way is critical.

Re: Pain after implant???
18 months 5 days on this implant. Pumped to it's fullest it feels almost like my best natural erections where it was rock hard. The internal pressure like feeling. Probably my favorite part of it because it reminds me of my best days years ago. Cheers.
