Well, that depends on whether you want to but yes, many have!

An IPP implant does N0T normally affect male fertility outside of allowing for penetration into the vagina.
If you were fertile and able to orgasm previously , you should be once again be able to able to deliver the sperm to where they need to be after the surgery.
Many guys choose to have a Vasectomy performed at the same time as the implant to sever the Vas' ducts and disrupt live sperm from the ejaculate and eliminate the possibility of fathering children . A form of non-reversable contraception.

Sorry about your accident. The real question is can you father kids now? If your speed are healthy and you are able to become a father, you should still be able to after getting an implant.
I am 64 and had ED from a VL. Implanted by Dr. Ronald Anglade in Atlanta on 9/18/17. I have an AMS700LGX 21 cm via a Penoscrotal incision. Very happy with results. 6" soft and 6 3/4” x 5 5/8” hard.

I hope those big balls are just big balls and not swollen. Bulls for breeding at auction are graded by ball size. Bigger the balls, the better the breeder, the better the price. Only difference the implant makes is allows you to stick it in and grind away forever.
I was a smart ass one day in school in 7th grade. Another smart ass stomped my balls (literally) for it. Spent 3 weeks at home with ice bags on balls the size of oranges hurting like hell. Had to go to summer school to get enough days in to advance to 8th grade. Get well soon buddy.
