I am wondering why would anyone go to 3rd world country for such a sensitive mater and still has to pay big bucks ( euros) for his service?
What if anything happens after procedure? Where will you go then for help?

I have friend implanted with Sava. After 13 years he is very happy.. but Prof. Sava died in april 2010.
