I an convinced that daily use of a VED on an existing implant can substantially increase the length of a penis. I know because I just underwent a revision that was 4 CM longer than the original. I went from 19CM including the rtes to 23 CM including the rte. This means my tunica was made longer.

HOWEVER note that the original was an LGX and some of the growth may be attributed to the LGX rather than the VED. There is no way to differentiate between the two possible causes. Also for a couple of weeks leading up top the revision i also hung weights.. 12 # typically. Since only for 2 weeks i doubt this did much.

I intend to continue with the VED because you never know if there will be another revision. More than that the VED creates even more girth.. maybe another 1/2 " although temporary. If you are on top the blood tends to stay. But once you get on your back the blood drains downward and you lose the added girth. But the woman sees a big dick and feels a thick dick And more important that loose pussy just got tighter Way to go VED.

I can't tell you why. But I can confirm all of this really happened with me.

I do not know when girth can be too much. I think itis reasonable for me to expect 6 1/4 girth with the Titan without the VED. When does one say enough is enough? I may never know. But it is so much fun obsessing over my dick why change? I laugh at myself agonizing over 1 CM. I suppose when you have ED you really love your guy that went missing.

Thank you for making my point so clearly It is well documented that it is typical that a revision ends up being a larger implant than the original regardless of implant model because proper continued inflation expands the pesudo-capsule surrounding the cylinders. There is a sound, logical explaination for this process. Your experience just confirms this pattern.

We also know that a VED will usually temporarily engorge the glans and spongiosum. If used too aggressively a VED can even cause some edema or swelling of fluid under the skin. None of these have anything to do with increasing the pseudo-capsule in the cavernosa chambers where the cylinders reside.

At the outset I do not have a bias on this subject other than I want to know if and what works. I don't know what is so obvious to you.

Assuming that both of my implants were fully sized, I experienced a 4 CM growth in lenght. What could have caused that? I am reasonably satisfied that the expandable LGX continued to contribute to this growth. But because there were other possible contributing factors I can not say that it is an absolute certainty that it added any lenght. I do think however that it did. Why? It seems the most probable.

But what is the most improvement that could be credited to the LGX? The expendable portion of my LGX was 10 CM. The other 9 CM was comprised of the non expanding base and rte. The maximum amount of net growth would be 10 CM times 20 % or 2 CM. meaning that if there is any growth greater than 2 CM it has to be a result of some cause other than the LGX. Obviously the LGX itself does not grow. The 15 CM cylinder remains 15 CM.

My growth was 4 CM! So what caused the other 2 CM growth? Certainly not the LGX. So what else?

The possible concurrent causes are 8 years of continuous VED, 2 weeks of traction using weight hanging, manual stretching, or a lot of fucking. There is another possibility. Because of pump problems with my particular LGX I left my penis inflated for days and.weeks at a time. Clearly this maximized the LGX benefit but should this cause the other growth from the other possible factored?

Since the recent weight hanging was only for 2. Weeks I am betting on the VED as the principal cause. I understand that a VED can encourage growth in the tunica. Maybe the negative pressure. Is pulling on the tunica.

Here is ac interesting fact about which there is no dispute. Before the first implant I was aggressive hanging weights trying to get added length. To my surprise I got growth in both lenght AND GIRTH. i interpret this as putting stress on tunica. I believe but can't say with certainty that it was the VED.

Another opinion. Using a VED is clearly safe to do with an existing implant. But what about traction devices not using weights..? I think they are also safe. But what about weights? If you use an attachment device which squeezes the cylinders, I would this is a nono. But you can hang weights jf the connection device is a vacuum cup pulling on you glans. The amount of weight is minimal e.g. 12#.

Here is when you need to ask why do this with an existing implant. Additional lenght might produce a floppy head just as if you were undersized thi begin with. Answer.. you anticipate a revision and want to be ready. This is what I did and the results are not in yet. But early indications are really good.

There is another reason to use VED even though you are not anticipating a revision. FOR A TEMPORARY BENEFIT you can add girth for a current fuck session. In my case I was able to add 1/2 " for the moment. If I stay on top..e.g. missionary position or even doggie style the blood build up will stay for a while. But if you get on your back the blood starts to drain out. In any event you look great to your partner. It is a WOW moment.

I'm not singling out ANYONE. But it strikes me as fascinating how fixated we men (boys?) can and do get about the size of our dicks. We love our dicks and want them to be the best they can be, and that mostly means the biggest they can be. I tried just about everything over the years, and the only thing that has made my (flaccid) dick bigger has been my implant -- which I love, partly for that reason.

Guys with smaller dicks like me wish they were bigger (I do). Makes sense. Guys with average dicks wish they were bigger. Makes sense. Guys with above average dicks wish they were bigger. Hmm. And (some) guys with really big dicks wish they were bigger, while I'm guessing many wish they were smaller. I'd like to think that guys with great packages are just plain happy and proud, but who knows.

Just rambling here... But there sure does seem to be a theme here on FT, and it isn't "Jeeze, I wish I had a smaller dick, and I sure hope this procedure (or condition) doesn't make this thing get any bigger."

I am almost 3 weeks post-op & have been cycling the past 4 days. Would it be okay to use my penile pump to pump while not inflated to create potential space for pumping to fill when cycling?

I just tried it & experienced a stretch similar to cycling which felt pretty good for overall expansion & lengthening. I also experienced glans engorgement.

Is this a safe practice or something that could affect my new "rig?"

What Dr. Eid says: “The use of the VED offers very little benefit either before or after a penile implant is inserted, you can stop.” Well, he is an excellent surgeon but here I totally disagree when it comes to the use of a VED BEFORE implant.

Personally, I inflate my implant first and then use the VED for 5 full minutes. That is what is recommended by my surgeon.
