I know all about being depressed and frieghtened, its not unique to young guys.

I highly doubt many "gals"in their twenties or thirties are going to ever notice or even care if you have 3 nuts in your sack; unless possibly she is into "teabagging".

You don't really have to say anything at first, she could end up being a meaningful overnight relationship or a six week fling; she doesn't "need to know" up front.

Basically the one girl I got with after the implant was my girlfriend up to recently
so she was very understanding and didn't care.. now I am single and

The only way I see it is that since I was 17/18 my fear was that

Your concern is understandable. There are many things about getting your dick cut open and then dealing with a foreign body in it afterwards, that can be a concern. I don't have an implant yet, but I look forward to relaxing and enjoying sex again. I have found most members here are supportive and knowledgeable.
