MY dick was never fat. Prior to surgery I used a 1 3/4 diameter VAC.My dick would fill the cylinder completely with suction. C=pie x D. that means my dick when engorged was 5.49 inch in circumference. Now with a tape around it when hard it is only 4.5 inch around. BUT when I pump it up hard it won't fit into the 1.75 cylinder. I have a wide flat dick. Guess I need to get a 2 inch cylinder to try Larrys pump and suck cycling procedure.

You need to get excited at the same time, not just bored and pumped up. Have your girl tease you with a face full of titties and..... for a while first. You are young enough for that to make a difference

There's no difference in my girth between the Titan I had and the LGX I have now. Both gave me back completely what I had before the ED and Peyronies. What I lost most was length. Maybe everyone's results vary.
