I need you guys words of wisdom. Minutes before surgery I told my doc I wanted to be pumped 50 to 70% before I went home. That is the std recommend for those like me who have severe scarring and have the LGX. He said something about my walls being thin and agreed to do 2 pumps, 20%. Fast forward 48 hours, bandages off and my first look at the war zone. I was curved and buckled severely to the left. Very painful at times peaked to 2. I would squeeze the upper 2 inches and stretch myself out. For an hour or 3 that solved the problem. Finally one time I got a very sharp 4 looked down and I was buckled to the left about half way down. Enough! Took a very hot shower gave myself about 2 and a half, half squeezes. So about 3 1/2 to 4 full squeezes total or 35 to 40%. Curving and buckling solved
Now the tip of my penis is cocked to the left. Cannot pee in a straight line or hit the toilet first try.
Is this permanent or not?
During surgery the docs are told to inflate twice before closing to insure you are straight on both sides. I have to assume that mine did and that this will go away, but you know what they say about that!
How about it guys, what's the real deal. I don't really care much very minor issue as long as it gets hard. I can always wipe up

I really don't think you want our words of wisdom because I have a feeling that everybody is going to tell you what I am... LEAVE IT ALONE. You are not a doctor. As of right this minute, if he made mistakes during implant that normally would have given you grounds for civil litigation, you just lost them. There are permanent risks for messing with it early, I can't imagine that you don't care... that's crazy. As I have said many, many times, not every doctor does everything the exact same way or uses the same stuff, etc. Dr. Eid has his patients cycling very early while others don't... it's all about the procedure and how it's done. Please don't mess with it. Follow your doctors orders. I would not think that what you are seeing is permanent because you have the LGX which stretches, moulds, shapes, directs, etc for up to the next two years.

+1 on everything Larry said.
I really hope you can find some restraint and follow your doctors orders. I truly think you are on a path do some permanent damage that could result in you losing the ability to have a functioning penis.
Your earlier posts about trauma and distrust of doctors might be leading you to you making some choices that could cause permanent harm.
If you do need to have a repair done due to your failure to follow doctors orders, I doubt you will find another doctor that will be willing to take you as a patient if they feel you caused the damage.
Please consider the repercussions of not following the instructions of your tainted medical professional who has been through years of schooling and training.
My doctor has warned me against certain actions post surgery and told me of a patient of a top implant surgeon that needed to have his penis and testicles amputated due to damage he caused post surgery.

I am not going to make any recommendations. I am not a doctor but I had those issues with my first implant, also an AMS. My head is still a little crooked and if I aim straight, it still pees left. VERY ANNOYING. I've been avoiding posting pictures of it because some might think it was Dr. Kramer's mess rather than from the implant before. Maybe it is time I do post them.
LGX 21cm .Milam 01/13/16. Horror; both service and surgical outcome. hated infrapubic installation. Kramer revision 03/01/17. 22cm Titan +1.5cm extender. Those who think their opinion is the only one that matters are a danger to themselves and others.
Re: curved and buckled after implant surgery
Thanks guys. I have no intention of litigation, just needed some assurance. The doc released me for work tomorrow so I took a very hot sweaty walk outside just now to see if that is even a possibility. Felt great, my body is refreshed I am very much a hot temperature person. Washed off with alcohol and back to bed. I will very much be ready for work on Monday. Doc appt on Tues. But not for this.
And Larry, I thought it would go away, just wanted to hear it from you.
Actually my doc didn't say boo about what to do or not do. The nurse gave me some guidelines but mostly for the catheter. You guys are the only ones who have said leave it alone and I respect that. The nurse said only get it wet during the shower, no baths. Clean the blood off of my sutures and then re bandage them daily. Pay close attention to your sutures during days 3 to 6 for any signs of weepage, swelling or increased soreness. That is a warning that you have been infected inside during surgery and needs to be addressed immediately. He was scheduled daily for 2 weeks or as needed. Took off the bandages and said I was doing so well to call him if needed. I text him daily reports. I guess each doc has his own way of doing things.
When did your doc give you instructions? After surgery?

Ali, please do... some people need to see first hand the damage that can be done. I am sure Dr. Kramer has repaired a lot more screw up's than he has caused.

I never intended to say that you were going to sue, just point out that if mistakes had been made, because you had been messing with it, now you would be shit outta luck if you did want to. So Dr. Brock gave me some tips and such when he came for his rounds and, because it is a teaching hospital, one of his residents came in and gave me all the detailed stuff. So, I was told to start trying to cycle at week 3 IF I could locate the release... Because I was 7 hours away, there was no appointment scheduled for activation with him but I was told what to do and I was to be in contact with my local urologist who use to do implants but no longer does because of the size of our community. I was too swollen. I was told no sex until week 6. I was told no baths until week 3 and only get enough water on to wash away blood (so I couldn't stand in the shower for an hour with the water washing all down me). I was told to watch for foul smelling drainage or bleeding. My pain had decreased to just uncomfortable but the swelling really wasn't going away and then the pain started to come back and I started to get fevers and finally hallucinations... that's when I was in septic shock.

Re: curved and buckled after implant surgery
Ok guys guys my wife brought home some papers from the surgery center. Most of them are questionnaires, how to wash hands, my medicines and discharge instructions. It says do not operate machinery for 24 hours. Go home and rest for the day. Must have an adult with you for 24 hours. OOPs but then my doc told me that I didn't need anyone it was only outpatient surgery. Follow surgeon's instructions, never saw him didn't get any. My wife picked me up asked her and ditto. Eat light day of surgery. Did that. Watch for swelling redness oozing, warmth, drainage. Did that. Keep dressing clean and dry, do not change dressing that expired after 48 hours so did that.may shower in 48 hours. yep. take out catheter at 8AM Friday actually was 9:30. Only take medication prescribed by surgeon, done.
Ok that is it except for this last page to wit:
Avoid heavy lifting less then 10 lbs prior to first follow up whenever that is
It is highly recommended to avoid sexual activity prior to follwup
Do not drive a motorized vehicle while on pain meds
wear loose clothing
shower if you wish pat dry
And then a long list of call your doc ifs
That's it guys! I have done all of the above.

Re: curved and buckled after implant surgery
Larry I am still very much in the eye of the hurricane on septic shock. Scares the hell out of me. But that is from the inside. Nothing I can do if the surgeon has diseased me during surgery. I am in day 5 the nurse said 6 days no signs and out of the woods. Is that true? I never had any real swelling anyway. I have fished around for my ball using sterile gloves just to see. I have no pain in my scrotum at all. My boys are playing just fine with their new comer. When did you first notice the signs? Sounds like they fought like hell to beat it before they took out your implant.
I wash with alcohol actually soak every day. I soaked before I left for surgery. They did not have me bathe at the center. Glad I disinfected myself! This place seems very laid back as opposed to hospitals.
Could you give more details of signs? More than swelling did not go down? I mean very first signs. I don't want to wait until it's obvious.
