The tips of my cylinders are just above center of my glands and about 3/4" into the glands. I have not been fully pumped yet, Wednesday I hope, but sure the glands will be well supported.

I had the same problem. I experienced discomfort with the reinflation of the Titan and was afraid the tips would wear through the skin. When fully pumped they would go into the glans.

Personally, I'd be seeking a second opinion from another "qualified" professional urologist specializing in implants before I decided anything.

Thank you for all the feed back.

Not to excuse the error, if there was one but there could be many reason for my end result I assume.

For those wondering my doctor is a high volume provider which is often mentioned on these forums as the person to go see. As I mentioned in my post everything about my surgery went better than expected and I don't think I could have received better care. I have complete confidence in him and I'm sure a solution will be found.

Will keep you guys posted on how everything goes.

You are fortunate that you were well endowed and that the firm portion is sufficient for intercourse once inserted. If you had started with 5 inches you would be done for. Also, you are fortunate that the glans still becomes gorged but there is no guarantee that will continue if your leakage worsens. A proper implant should not depend on you getting partially engorged.

Hawkman,

Hadn't thought about this and you are right, the issue would be much greater if I were smaller.

Could you please name the doctor? It s very unsettling when there are subpar reults and as a future implantee you want to male your decision.

I'd rather not, didn't come on these board to talk up or down any doctor. Simply want to hear others thought and opinions.

I think it would be good if you said who did your surgery even if it was only by PM. Here are many men that we wouldnt want to make a mistake and more when some here we have to pay everything out of pocket.
Even more so when you are saying that this is one of the most recommended surgeons here..
Injury that caused venous leak.

I had very similar results from my 1st implant in 2016 done by a Dr in Houston. After 1 year I had a total revision by a great Dr in Baltimore. During the consult I told him what my 1st Dr wanted to do to fix his substandard results. I was told that cutting the penis near the glans to reposition the tips is a very painful procedure with inconsistent results So be careful and be sure that you and your Dr understand each other.

Clearly from pictures undersized. It seems to me more common with the LGX and a doctor mind set of so fucking what; it can expand to make up the difference. Pisses me off. I have talked to a couple guys where the "touch up fix" was to make a circumcision type cut around the base of the glans, pull their glans down over the shaft and anchor it to the shaft. That is nothing but shortening the penis to make it fit the poor fitted implant. Both of them were very unhappy with the result but it did take care of the floppy head. One tried to get another doctor to undo the glans cap tie down or whatever it would be called and proper size an implant but he was told once the glans is sewn down lower on the shaft and healed together, he would practically have to cut the glans off and rebuild his penis to undo what was done. He was very very upset the last time we talked a couple years ago. Said his glans was numb, the whole end of his penis did not feel right, he had pain when pumped up on the glans end of the shaft in spots around the shaft which I would assume was each place it was sutured. Screw that quack crap. Simple cheap fixes are like buying a Yugo for dependable transportation. d
LGX 21cm .Milam 01/13/16. Horror; both service and surgical outcome. hated infrapubic installation. Kramer revision 03/01/17. 22cm Titan +1.5cm extender. Those who think their opinion is the only one that matters are a danger to themselves and others.
