Would Insurance Pay for an Implant & Let Me Drop it Later?
Would Insurance Pay for an Implant & Let Me Drop it Later?
Need your input guys. Presently I got state insurance bundled with medicaid. Sadly most implant docs wont accept that. So I'm thinking of withdrawing from this plan and getting premium based insurance where I pay monthly premiums that can range from $600 - 1000 per month. I'm thinking of getting Blue Cross. But I just want to use the insurance until I get my implant then drop the insurance. So I'll just use the insurance for 2 months tops. Do you think this is possible? Would insurance pay a $26,000 procedure for 2 months worth of coverage only?
ED since 1996. Peyronies in 2012. PRP in 2013 and 2017. Dr. Brock, urology, NC, USA. Cialis and Viagra stopped working since 10/2017. Haven't been on Trimix since 3/2016. Will consider injecting it again. Will be prescribed testosterone injections soon.

Um... no
Age: 39, Diabetic (well controlled) HBP (since teens, less well controlled, but ok),
mild ED for 3 years, l arginine l citrulline and norvaline (amino acid stack) helped.
Pills: ineffective. Started trimix: 6/24/18, EXTREMELY effective.

My guess is there would be a waiting period before an expensive procedure would be covered. Kind of like dental insurance where you have to be a plan member for a year before some procedures are covered. You need to ask the insurance company that specific question.
