Trimix is working for me. I have very hard erections. My corpus cavernosum are fully hard, but my corpus spongiosum and glans are not. Overall, I've lost a 1/2 inch in length and almost as much in girth. (Never had any operation, so its not from that)
I think if I could get my cs and glans fully hard it would be back.

mild ED for 3 years, l arginine l citrulline and norvaline (amino acid stack) helped.

You could try a VED for therapy.
It's been reported by others that the injections result in a growth in girth over time. I believe that to be the case with me also.

RRP 2011 Mayo Jacksonville, Dr. Wehle. Non nerve sparing. C in margins. Radiation 2023, V.E.D, Viagra and PGE-1 (80mcg/ml) injections @ 7 - 16 units. Originally Edex20 or 40, then compounded PGE1 due to cost. Inject. 14 yrs. It works. FL Treasure coast.
