Hello to all,
I am a 47-year-old, living man in Spain
I am affected by the Peironye illness.
I do not have erectile, but given malfunction the importance of the Peironye I believe that my answer is an implant.
Spain is not a country advanced for these topics.
I know that the big doctors are in the extrangero.
I have read all its contributions on the biggest and well-known doctors of USA.
I do not know that to do... is an exasperating illness.
I am grateful for any advice, any assistance.
What would you do in my case.
A hug to all of this biggest forum
Greetings to all. I need assistance

If you are looking for options that include an implant I would think the first step would be to locate the nearest doctor that offers them for a consultation. I would recommend going directly to the manufacturers website and go the section on implants and see if genre is an option to find the nearest doctor. The site we pull up in the states has a locator but I wasn’t able to change the country to look outside the US. I’m guessing if you search it may provide a local solution. The two big names are Coloplast and AMS CX.
If you can’t fond anyone local then a medical “vacation” May be your solution by contacting a specialist either here or another location. I haven’t researched but I know Thailand is a hotspot for medical vacations at a fraction of the cost of most countries.
I did notice the Coloplast site has a section about non implant treatments for your condition on their site.
Best of luck!

Welcome Ricardo and best wishes getting the help you need.
I am 64 and had ED from a VL. Implanted by Dr. Ronald Anglade in Atlanta on 9/18/17. I have an AMS700LGX 21 cm via a Penoscrotal incision. Very happy with results. 6" soft and 6 3/4” x 5 5/8” hard.

Buenas, Ricardo.
I agree with everything posted by David_Webb.
Try finding a local doctor first for a consultation. I did this both to learn about implants and to find out about the doctor. Be prepared to ask a lot of questions. Write them down so you'll remember what to ask. I consulted with 3 doctors before choosing which one to have do the surgery, but the first one got the most questions since everything is new. I ended up choosing the 3rd guy I visited, so you don't need the first consultation to be the ultimate right guy, you're just trying to gather data.
Contact AMS and Coloplast. I had trouble finding a sales representative, but kept at it. Once I found the guy for the location I was investigating, he had good information on doctors that have done the most implants and had the best reputations.
We have several guys here that have had implants done in the UK. That would obviously be easier travel than coming to the US or going to Thailand, but you should check your options. I have a few docs local to me here in the state of Idaho, but I decided to travel to California to get the doctor I wanted. Since you have to travel anyway, you may find that the right doctor is more important than the cost or convenience.
Research and learn as much as you can about how the surgeries are done and the options you have. Implants from Coloplast are different from those from AMS. The main 2 approaches to surgery are infrapubic vs. penoscrotal. There are options like "no touch" and "minimally invasive". There's a lot of data about all of these things here, just do a search of the implant board. You can do an advanced search here by clicking on the little gear at the top right of this page, next to the search box.
Before you talk to the first doc, come up with a list of questions you may want to ask. As you learn more about implants, you'll find more questions. I made a really long list and posted it here: viewtopic.php?f=6&t=9749&p=78920#p78920
I'm scheduled for my implant on Tuesday, June 5. I'm confident I've made the right choices for me. I wish you the best in learning what you need to make your own decisions. Send me Private Message here if you want to discuss things more.

Re: Greetings to all. I need assistance
Thank you very much to all.
I have investigated very much, perhaps too much....
But sometimes raisin that the more is known is the worse....
It seems that with important Peironye the suitable model is the Titan
It has advantages and disadvantages...
This manufacturer has 3 types of bomb available.
The process escrotal or infrapúbico, it has advantages in disadvantages...
It is not the same to be implanted by erectile malfunction... than for Peironye...
Anything is a 100 % good.... not even villain...
A good surgeon, with a lot of experience I believe that it is the key....
And to trust...
I wrote to Paul Perito in Miami... and he did not answer me that... only they sent to me an advertizing of its clinic.
Kuehhas of Vienna is very very kind, but I do not know its experience in implants.
Bufffff... a big one doubts
