over the last few months i have noticed that , maybe, hands free entry is not as easy as before implant. I would say that before implant, with injections, I was erect at a 2:30 angle. Now I am 3:00 angle, so hands free entry is not as easy as before --- but this is really a small issue compared to everything else. Essentially, I can do everything better when it comes to sex after being implanted.
