I have seen this topic before. My glans are very cold during erection. It is somewhat cold all the time. Any cure? Meds making penis to hard?

No answer for you on that , but can kind of relate.. Consider yourself sort of lucky that it's only the head of your penis that's cold , as my entire penis is dead like cold ... Yeah I'm talking cadaver like ..
My penis does not get rock hard I'd say a 8.5/10 hard as I can manage the 2.5hr erection without discomfort .. Also the head of my penis does not swell at all from the Trimix injections.. But on the rare occasions where I conjure up a natural erection it does and the penis is not cold...

Frankenpecker, your post is what I was thinking about. I remembered something about a cold dick. Sorry to hear of your problems at such a young age. I had a 60 years very active sex life and am crying in my beer because I have to slow down. Thank your the reply.

Your welcome ... And thanks for the concern.. Yeah , I'm very thankful for finding out about Trimix it may not be 100% perfect as of yet ,but hopefully I'll get there.. In the meantime it's getting the job done..

As a 3 time implantee, cold glans has been my "companion" for nearly 5 years. I think the first "surgeon" nicked the blood vessel on top that supplies most(???) of the blood to the glans. While "wishing it wasn't so", I've accepted it as part of the tradeoff for a hard dick. It's sometimes uncomfortable and girls often notice it when I put it in them although a thorough cocksucking does help! Often I laugh and say 'you remember that old expression, I'm gonna "cold cock" you? Well.... you are getting coldcocked'!
