Today is very notable as it marks the end of 12 months to the day since I had a robotic prostatectomy. However, it is also very significant in that I achieved my first full and natural erection!

It felt great and was such a relief that functionality is returning. I had been achieving a few 50% partial erections over the last couple of weeks which was encouraging but I thought it might take longer to achieve a full erection. It took quite a bit of stimulation and persistence but I got there. Now hopefully I can kick on from here and achieve usable erections for intercourse. Hopefully I may soon not need the pump anymore. I have a viberect on order which will hopefully work quite well now functionality is showing good signs of improvement.
I am posting this as a source of encouragement for others who are still waiting and wondering if function will ever return. I have been through periods of doubt and finally I can see the light at the end of a long tunnel.
I had partial bi-lateral nerve sparing.
