This is not a question that can be definitively answered. Some members have sneaky ways to pump it up without being caught, as for how many pumps and how much time it takes, everybody is different. It depends on the type, size, your anatomy, etc. also, you should create a "signature" which will help our members help you anytime you have a question.

To add your signature.... look in the upper right hand corner where get your notification and Private messages. Your Profile name is there too, just click on your name. Another window will open, then click on the "User Control panel" tab, then on the left side in that box you will see "Edit Signature".. click on it and then you will be able to add what ever type of information you wish to add....it's easy.

Include things like date implanted, doctors name, Make - Titan or AMS, size of implant, rte's? any story you wish to share - like ED for 15 years, or whatever, any medical info - like diabetes, or high blood pressure, etc. or 33 years old, single gay man with ED for 10 years, thinking about getting an implant. Here is mine:

AMS 700 (18 + 2). Implanted March 30, 2017 by Dr. Brock of London, Ont, CANADA. Went in to septic shock and had to have implant removed April 29, 2017. Appt. for consult for second attempt is on November 6, 2017, surgery on Dec 7th... I can't wait.

I pump mine up to 30-32. Takes about a minute if I'm taking my time. I could probably do in 30-40 seconds if I had too. The only way I could do it secretly would be to go into the bathroom. There are guys with titans on here that have figured out clever ways to do what you want. I'm sure they will chime in.

I agree with Ed. 30 pumps is adequate fir intercourse. Early on, any more than that made my dick sore doing the deed. I could probably go a little higher now if i wanted it rock hard.

Ditto Ed and Bandit.......can do it pretty quickly if I have to.
I have the Titan down now to <25 pumps to very firm and ready to plow the furrow.
For cycling and pain level stretching (hate it but I am persevering) I wait a minute or two and squeeze in 3 or 4 more pumps.
I usually have 7 or 8 in to begin with and once H has me in her mouth I reach down and discreetly squeeze in a few more until I am fully erect.

The pumps needed is based on two factors:

1- Implant size
2- Implant brand

Number 1 is easy to understand. Number 2, based on the explanation given to me by several surgeons, AMS pushes less amount of saline per pump than the Coloplast does.

Another important point is how totally you empty the bulb. If I make sure that I squeeze it flat every pump I can get it rock hard in 20 pumps or less. If I am just squeezing quick partials it might take over 30. It is simply that you have to move enough saline to fill the cylinder and the more you get out of each pump the fewer pumps required.
