I think you are (like most of us) expecting way too much too soon ...

Please explain "my dick went to semi erect as soon as I came" ... the only change you should see is in the glans (head) after climax. Your penis itself shouldn't change in size after it's pumped up.

As for loss of size ... the first place this occurs is in the "fatpad" ... have you gained weight recently? It takes about 6 months of daily pumping to reach full erect size. You'll find after a while you do not need to be max pumped for sex ... about 90% works better ... with 21 cm & 2 cm RTE's you should have about 6+" to work with ... eventually.

I think your right,I am expecting a little to much to soon.I was upset and after sex yesterday.My wife said later that she thought I pulled out because it was hurting.She said it still felt hard to her.So I guess when I lost the blood in the gland it felt like it went soft to me.
Anyway will try again soon.I am still a little worried about size.It seems different every time I inflate.The size is great this morning .
Sorry guys.I don't want to turn anyone away from an implant.I always look at the down side.Believe me I know that I will be happy with this when all is said and done.

Open the file in a graphics editor like mspaint and resize it (or resize it online free at http://www.picresize.com). This will make the file smaller so it can be uploaded.

Finally.
I have been trying to post these all day.Dave tried to help me out but Im a little slow lol.!!!! I don't know why I seem to get different results ever time I cycle.This morning was one of the better ones.
