Spontaneity With Implant

How does everyone keep things spontaneous and smooth when your about to have sex? I think this issue is right up there with the surgery being irreversible. I've thought of making an excuse to go to the bathroom and pumping up the device. I also thought of pumping it up to near capacity before doing the deed without pumping it any further before sex. Dont have my implant yet so I don't have any experience with these things. Also is it possible to have sex when partially inflated?

I don't see the issue. Just pump it up. If you're trying to keep the implant a secret for some reason (which is unlikely to work for long) just duck into the bathroom for a minute.

It pumps quick....usually i'll pump up some for foreplay and some more for intercourse.....some girls pump it up for me....

Don't hide it, she will enjoy the new toy and enjoy helping.
Implanted March 2nd by Dr. Kramer with AMS/LGX. Had a problem lower left (scar tissue) and he placed a larger (thicker) implant as you can here on the YouTube video. Got all back, ED over 10 years before Implant.

I don't see the issue either. Many guys without implants masturbate or pull on themselves to get hard during foreplay. What's the difference?
I've tried everything -- pills, injections pumps -- and now I am at the final frontier.
