When first cleared for sex, there probably will be some discomfort. Keep in mind that you don't have to be fully inflated for inyercourse. Around 80 percent inflated is about natural hardness. You will be able to go as long as you want.

I think it safe to say for most of us, IT last longer than our physical fitness does. And yes I mean and hour or so of different positions handled well. After orgasm I may loose some swelling in glans but ability to have intercourse (firm erection/inflation) is certainly there and if she has not climaxed and/or wants to continue then ability is there....if you are UP for it.
