Hi every one,
this is my first post,
I am 5 weeks post op and have a few questions.
I have been cycling now for about 1 week and I inflate until it won't pump no more. At first there was some pain in the glans, but now no pain when pumped fully. Each time I think I can pump a little more because the pain in the glans returns. I guess this is because the cylinders are stretching.
My question is when I pump up till it won't pump no more my erection is hard but I still have loose skin on shaft, is this normal and will the skin tighten up as the cylinders stretch? I was implanted with the Ams 700 lgx- 18cm.
My erection now is 6 inches and I was 7 1/2 inches at my youth but many years of ED is cause of loss. I am 56 and have had ED since my teens. Thanks for any lnput.

Re: Loose skin when erect
If you try to pump up while taking hot baths, it might loosen things up and get you more length. 6 inches is pretty good.
Re: Loose skin when erect
Yes I agree 6" not to bad, but is the skin supposed to be "loose" on shaft? And will this correct as cylinders stretch? When I say loose skin I mean it seems like excess skin like when someone loses weight. I have tried warm baths. I guess I am looking for someone who has had lgx for awhile, and was the skin on erect shaft loose at first, and did it tighten up after time? Thx
Re: Loose skin when erect
I guess what I am trying to ask, 5 weeks post op, is it normal to have loose skin along the length of the shaft when erect?
Should I post pics to show what I am talking about?
I know that on a normal erection the skin is more taunt.
Thanks

Hi,
You mentioned that you have lost about 1.5 inches, so it might be normal to have lose skin. Send some picks too please. Always good to see what implants can do. You might talk to your doctor to see if they could remove the lose skin. Are you circumcised? If not, it might be very easy to remove the excess skin. On the other hand I would wait a year or so to make sure that have maximized the length before circumcision.

Thanks for the reply.
Yes I am circumsized, I will try to upload some before and after pics in the next couple of days.
While reading alot of posts hear on FT I noticed a major theme is a loss of length. So I was wondering why the issue of loose skin is not more common. Thx again

tcgrinder01, thank you for answering a few questions for me, mostly thank you for sharing the photos. I realized you came here to help find answers to your questions but without trying, you also helped me. I have done my fair share of lurking and searching for post IPP surgery men to get a "real world" reply to what its like after the surgery. I have wondered more than a couple of time if the blogs and uTube videos were real or a form of corporate sponsors "actors". For being just 5 weeks post surgery you look great ! No bruising, no visible scars, and there is no sign of the pump ! I can only hope my Dr does as good a job on me that yours did for you. BTW, the wife agrees ! LOL
What was your erect measurement prior and post surgery?
ED since my late 30's. Implanted 7/7/15 Titan Coloplast 18cm +4 cm extenders. Revision Jan 2017
Re: Loose skin when erect
My skin has been like what your pictures show all my life. Never thought anything about it.
Dave, 80, Maryland - Implant (Titan) 2008 by Dr. Andrew Kramer (failed Sept 2020) - never used due to a stroke that, among other things, ended my sex life.

Re: Loose skin when erect
I have maybe 1/4" (or less) loose skin even when fully inflated. I have sometimes thought my doctor could have given me 1/4“ more length. However, one year earlier, another doctor had implanted me with a device too large (among the several ways he fucked me up). I am so happy with my revision results that I don't dwell on the possibly missing quarter inch..))) Thank you again Dr. Perito!!!!
