Implant Size vs Penile Length

Like some of the others have said. Everybody is different. The Titan implant I got is 26cm plus 1cm RTE.
Bone press length (measuring at the front center of the penis) I am at 7.25" (18.42cm).

Can anyone clarify/explain the purpose of the extenders?

I cannot seem to find any detailed info on those online.

Extenders are used when the corporal measurements total something that there is no cylinder made for that size. For example, if the total measurement of the corpus cavernosa is 23 cm, they will use a 22 cm cylinder and add a 1 cm extender to the proximal end prior to insertion.

A persons body fat has a lot to do with penile length. The more body fat someone has the more the penis becomes buried in it. I am a bodybuilder and know from experience from training. I had a bad injury about a year ago and it took about a year to recover from it so I accumulated a lot of body fat. My surgeon advised me that I have a lot of body fat in my pubic area, and if I loose it my penis would be a lot bigger. That's motivation there to loose weight!

Jersey, are there any specific exercises we can do to reduce the fat pad? I need to lose a few pounds as well, but have found that even when I have lost weight, I still have a pretty thick fat pad above the penis. I know they can do liposuction there, but I really am sick of the operating rooms and doctors in general, having been under the knife 5 times in the last 18 months....lol.

I think the best thing to reduce the fat pad is cardio and proper dieting. You can do all the core work like crunches and leg raises to target the area but if you don't diet properly you'll just be adding the fat back on. Crunches target the upper abs and leg raises target the lower abs. Even if you don't do any ab work, if you can commit to cardio and dieting, I believe you can still see some great benefits be it power walking, walking, or jogging. This will burn fat and increase the metabolism. Even if you can reduce the fat pad a little, you'll still see great results in that area. Everyone's body is different so you have to stick it out and commit to see results because they don't happen over night. My passion is bodybuilding and after getting an implant it's given me a lot more motivation to strive to that leanness. Nothing beats that look on a woman's face after they see your penis for the first time and their mouth drops and eyes bulge!

not thrilled today was first pump up day and I look like I am about 5 " was close to 8" hopefully with more pumps only 5 pumps so far. struggling pumping and releasing!

You're probably not even 30% inflated from what you're saying, once you get to a point where you can fully pump it you'd have an idea of your post-op size. So don't get discouraged because of that happened today, it's way too early. Also, the pump is going to get softer with time and as you keep pumping.

Could you please specify the size of the implant so that we can keep a reference and comparison

Following up on this.

3 days post surgery, I took of the bandages. I believe I'm only 20-30% inflated.

I was implanted a 24 cm titan.

I was concerned because my penis looked small post-surgery. Looked small to the eye. However, I measured it at was 6.5 inches. Thus, the eye-test is not reliable
Very pleased with this measurement. I was in the 6.75 to 7.25 area pre-surgery depending on the quality of the erection I get.
Having 6.5 3 days post-surgery without any arousal seems very promising. When I start cycling + get arousal and the glans fills up, I might actually end up with good size.
