But I will say the procedure was a success because I can have a erection. Maybe not as hard as I want but it still works.

The feeling on the shaft and the head is fantastic the climax is also very good. So if I seem negative it's just I was told I would lose a half inch not 30% nobody said the pumping was going to be so hard. If I was single there was no way I was going to hide this.

I was also told that you can go to the gym and nobody will know well the third time I was at the gym in the steam I guy asked me how do I like it so he knew and of course now everybody that was in the steam notes.

It is strange that you say that it is not as hard as you want it. Most members say that their erection is harder
than the natural (non-implant) erection when pumped to the max.

I also find it weird that the guy noticed that you had an implant, there are several young guys here that have
numerous girlfriends which are saying that noone has ever noticed.

As far as pumping most people are saying that it gets easier after a few months when it becomes almost effortless,

AMS 700 The reason I'm here is to find out what I'm doing wrong. From reading everybody else's post they say the penis is hard as steel but mine will still bend. 10 to 15 pumps and it's hard e nough to use but not like steel. How do you know if the pump is too high my problem with the pump. why hold the top with one hand that area is where the stitches were and that area get sore when I pump

Is the problem more pronounced in the area of the glans and near it? Meaning is the penis a bid floppy near the top, and rock-hard further down?

If this is the case, your implant might've been a tad too small.

Hey bro I'm only 3 weeks post op, I'm still waiting to be cycled and turned loose on the women by my doctor haha... But I wanted to inform you on a technique I read about in the posts that people have used who has the AMS 700. It's called the "double pump" and it's basically squeezing the pump fast back to back. Look it up in the forum on a better explanation on how to perform the manuver. But they say it squeezes more fluid into the implant. Let me know if it works! Can't wait to play with my toy! hi POCKIE the penis can bend in the middle. The gland is not loops. I'm lucky that the gland gets harder and is warm when I'm excited so I don't think I have a problem with the gland. The only thing I've noticed is the gland it's a little crooked the right side is higher than the left side. I'm okay with that.

When I pump the penis never get sore all painful. Just the area in the scrotum where I hold the pump. I think the pump is too high but I don't know what to do about IT.

I would like to find some exercises for my penis to gain some of the length and circumference back

Neill i think that you dont have pain because it isnt stretching anything. I only have Little girth pain when pumping to the máximum, but nothing in the glans so its not stretching in length

HI MEMBRILLO You are right I'm not stretching anything if I pump 15 times or 75 times it is the same. I will have to work on the pumping. Any help you can give would be much appreciated. I have to learn how to make my penis stretch. And get harder

I have yet to be turned lose. My doctor is making me wait 7 weeks (he was on vacation at 6 when he planned on activating)
The pump seems like it would be ok to pump when in the bathroom and come out hard no?
Is there a break in period or should I expect to be ready in two weeks when he turns me lose?
Is there truly no end to how long you can stay up? can you continue after you have an orgasm?

HI SLAYER Yes a lot of people who want to keep the implant private will pump in the bath and they say that works fine when the doctor turns you loose and you know how to cycle yourself up and down your ready to go. Yes you can stays as hard as you want as long as you want. To continue after orgasm everybody's different if you're really sensitive you might have to stop for five minutes. I found pumping AMS 700 very difficult at first. I'm getting better but is still not easy. I'm doing some hand exercise that will bring more strength into my hand and I think that will probably the problem
