Update
At 12 weeks post-op: I continue to have minor pain in my scrotum that comes from a small remaining spot of capsule adhesion at the pump bulb -- about 1/8" diameter. I'll be talking with my Dr about resolving this.

Re: Pump stuck to scrotum ?
Titan IPP here. My pump also adhered to my sack and also to my right nut. Post surgery, my entire scrotum was swollen to where I couldn't even find the pump, let alone tug downwards on it. Once the swelling subsided, after about three week, the pump was firmly attached to the skin and testicle. First time the doc pumped me up he was squeezing my right nut along with the pump. I nearly died but managed to refrain from knocking his hand away! Deflating was nearly impossible - it took the doctor two hands to press the release valve and his intern to squeeze the shaft with both hands!
He also advised I tug on the pump often and try to "work it loose". I lived with that condition for 5 months and it never released from the scar tissue. I could use it, but it was uncomfortable to inflate and deflate.
In early February I had revision surgery and the pump is now situated freely in the middle and slightly towards the rear of my sack. Easy access, and mostly painless. There's no such thing as squeezing the bulb without some discomfort on the skin, but it's bearable. I also can now feel a coil of tubing on the outer side of my right testicle. Weird, but I can live with it.

Re: Pump stuck to scrotum ?
I had terrible ( called fixation) w pump to nots, doc told me relax people heal differently, rub gently and it will correct its self.
Thats why I say give it a year for it all to work out. That doesn’t mean not to use it , on contrary use whatever you can just know its going to get better and better.

Re: Pump stuck to scrotum ?
DaveIsStillAlive & cbinspok, I'm sorry to hear of those challenges. Having the pump adhered to the scrotum is bad enough, but adhered to a testicle ? That had to be some serious ouch ! I'm hoping my Dr tells me I can rub the remaining adhesion and work it off over time. I also couldn't "pull down" during recovery because of the excessive hematoma and swelling. The top of my pump where the tubes are attached is right at the base. So far it hasn't been an issue and hope it stays that way.
