Titan Cylinder Deformity?

Postby Coldfingers » Wed Apr 30, 2025 6:16 am

I am on Week 3 post op and since the surgery I've been heaving a slight deformity at the right-middle part of the shaft (red circle) so my penis bends a bit leftwards. There I also feel a sharp, pointed part of the cylinder as if it was right under my skin and it is painful if I touch.
Earlier my surgeon told me it would disappear when it is fully inflated. Few days ago I used the pump to inflate it (I guess completely as the bulb became very stiff and I could not pump more).
Despite that the sharp edge is still there. The rest of the shaft is completely fine but that part hurts and causes this deformity.
Do you think it will change when I start cycling?
Or maybe the right cylindrr wasn't positioned well and there is a break/bend in it?
Did anyone have similar experience?

Thank you

not looking good, with just few pumps you shouldn't feel any sharp edges....

probabily the cylinder broke in that area and you need a replacement. If your doctor isn't competent enough go seek another one

I don't think it actually "broke", but there might be a kink in it. I have consultation a week later I hope I will get to know what is this and how to fix it

I tried to pump as much as I could, but it doesn't seem to inflate more. But I will only be taught a week later by my surgeon about inflating and deflating.
I e-mailed him about this issue - he said the cylinder definitely not broke as it is very flexible material. He thinks I didn't inflate it completely and asked me not to use the pump at all until he teaches me how.
My only concern is that I squeezed the pump a Lot of times.... and the cylinders became more stiff but I didn't see any change in girth compared to the earlier partially inflated state.

The first few months the pump will be very stiff and hard to pump. What I thought was fully pumped, my Dr put another 15+ pumps in. I suspect, and hope for you, it just simply needs to be completely filled to smooth it out. Good luck with it!

It could be a crease. Six weeks ago, I had prosthesis replacement surgery, and at the base of my penis on the right side, I had a lump. The doctor told me it was a crease and that as the prosthesis inflated, it would correct itself. I've been cycling for about three weeks, and it's correcting itself, especially since I inflated the prosthesis as much as I could for the last week. It's painful, but worth it. Talk to your doctor about it

Titan IPP here, 8 months post-implant.
I have a similar bulge, right side, near the glans and also left side near the base. It's mildly painful when deflated and my shaft LOOKS deformed and bends to the left when flaccid. When inflated, the bulge on the right side is not noticeable nor can I feel it, and the shaft is straight as it should be. The left bulge is still there but being at the base, it's not intrusive. When I asked my surgeon about it, his advise was to live with it since it was "working". I'm hoping that continued use may make the tubing more flexible, but it's been 8 months with zero improvement.

This is the dog ear or crinkle that the titan is famous for. This is part of why I switched to AMS after a couple years of Titan.

A really gnarly crinkle on my old Titan: viewtopic.php?t=24263

Hi Wolfpacker, hope everything is great with you!

I have a question regarding your past posts of your story.
Have you noticed any improvement in terms of bloodflow/sensation after the switch to CX?

I know you were quite bummed by that, but isnt there any way to sort of see it from a positive perspective? For me when i have sex i always finish before the girl and actually wish i had less sensation most of the time so i could go on for longer. For me its a lot about performance and being good in bed. So even if your own sensation is lower, isnt being a stud something that gives you a great feeling?

Seems like lasting longer would also build up a stronger orgasm? Sorry if i dont have a clue of what im talking about.

Take care
