stop propagating false information. We have already discussed this! LGX 18 when fully inflated expands to a total of 21cm (similar to what happens to a LGX 21 that becomes about 24cm upon inflation), here is the proof:

Ok you hit me… sorry I’ve seen videos about this, and there is some misconception about them. I have a titan 20 plus one RTE so the equal would be a 18 LGX. Which would give me a smaller flaccid. I’ll review what I’ve seen in videos and correct my thinking on this. Sorry for the misinformation.

Just a quick update, all still going well. I'm now 12 days into cycling post activation. The past 3 or 4 days I've started cycling more aggressively. Two short sessions morning and evening for about 10 minutes each, pumping to maximum and doing Perito exercises. But I have now added a much longer session during the day as well. For that I initially pump to what feels like maximum, do the Perito exercise, pump another 10-20 times, then repeat until I can't pump further. I then try and hold the erection for at least 30 minutes. I have gotten to 40 minutes once or twice. It can be very uncomfortable but I'm slowly building a tolerance. It definitely feels good to press the deflate button at the end. I think my regime is starting to pay off. The gains are trivial so far, but I'll take anything can get! I'm actually feeling pretty good; I still have some erect length to get back but have the patience to wait. Also we tried PIV sex again the other day. It was definitely an improvement. I could thrust deeper and for longer without slipping out, but still couldn't orgasm as it got too uncomfortable before reaching that point and I had to stop. But it's a step in the right direction. Also got clearance from my surgeon to start cycling (bike riding) and swimming again.

Hello. I’ve had a very similar experience to you and came across this forum……. Love the discussions!
I am about to head down the implant procedure after 4 1/2 years nerve sparing post RRP in 2020 and profound ED since. Also tried pills, injections, shockwave therapy, VED……. All very disappointing. Really enjoyed reading your post and the amazing journal…… It’s certainly helped answered all sorts of nagging questions!
I’m also in Sydney based and wondering if you could PM me the surgeon you used for the implant.
Much appreciated.

Milestone celebration! Today I orgasmed from PIV sex for the first time. Third attempt since surgery nearly 8 weeks ago, and 2 weeks since activation.
Probably not the best climax I've ever had but it was good enough, so I'll take the win :). Took forever to get there and still quite a lot of discomfort at times, mixed with periods of intense pleasure. The pain is very slowly diminishing, and I'm thrusting better and for much longer before I either have to slow down or take a break. Pumped to the max. my erections are even harder now, if that's possible, so the aggressive cycling must be paying off. I also managed to not slip out at all this time. I'm happy to have tentatively started fucking properly again after more than 3 years, hopefully it continues 8-).

Hi LGX your journal is one of the most motivational I've read.
Just one question cause I'll do my implant tomorrow. When you do perito exercise, do you bend your penis all way down/up/left/right or just slightly?
Because with a natural dick it seems impossible, looks like I gonna break something (just slightly bent)
46 yo, ED since 3 years, tried pills. Venous leakage. Implanted 30/04/25 Pr. Andrianne CHU Liège coloplast titan OTR 20 cm +2 cm rte.
Initial measures ( ved 17.5 cm length, +-16 cm length +- 16 cm girth, 12cm partially inflated)

Congrats, LGXdownunder! Your recovery and progression seem to be the gold standard for what's possible.
I'm 6 weeks behind you (2 weeks post-op) and nagging my wife for some, but she unfortunately heard the surgeon say "something about 4-6 weeks" (actually for maximum activation), so there's some good-natured pressure happening.
