Week 16

Or ... 112 Days (113 since I'm posting this morning of the 1st of April).

Quite a long time.

First the obligatory pic, then a bit of a sex update...

Cycling continues - I keep getting a bit further before I get a hard(ish) marble. I am solidly in the 30 pump range at this point before things get difficult - though the last few to 30 get harder - then a bunch of 1/2 pumps after. I remember when 20 was 'easy.'

The husband and I have an open relationship - though I haven't had much oportunity in the last two years (read that as ZERO) due to Cancer and ED to do much of anything, however, I had to go out of town this last week for work. While away the husband urged me to see if I could find someone to use my implant on. I was VERY nervous about such a thing as, well, what would they think? I'm very open in my profile that I have an IPP - explain what it is, and that I have dry orgasms thanks to the prostatectomy. To make a long story short (I'll save all the gory details to the fan/story pages of Penthouse) I met a nice young bottom who was absolutely fascinated with the implant. He had me show him how it worked, talked about what it felt like, everything. Then he was VERY eager to try it out - so we did.

He insisted on condoms (fine by me) and usually at this point there would be awkwardness putting them on as most guys go soft. I realized that is an absolute blessing here. I don't have that problem. No more would I have to think 'sexy thoughts' while putting on on. Nope - just put it on and away I went.

Needless to say the exchange was VERY pleasant. I definitely have staying power and could have worn him out if I wanted but - I was a gentleman and he came while riding me. Quite a pleasant experience.

I now understand why people say this is a super power now. I no longer have to worry about being hard - I mean I didn't really before - unless there were things that would make me go soft (i.e. not in the mood) but that was absolutely not a problem here.

Anyway - healing continues - and I'm pressing on.

Week 17

Still using my 'new toy.' I do miss my old length and thickness - but I do love the functionality of being able to perform whenever I want.

Week 20

It's been two weeks, so time for an update. Not a lot to report - useage is still great. I have noticed that at certain pumps, the firmness has changed. At week 12 or so, 20 pumps and my penis was fairly hard, now at week 20, its a bit floppy / bendy and at 30 pumps gets to the same firmness as at 20 a long while ago. At one point I couldn't go beyond 10-15 pumps (back around week 6). So, this leads me to believe that the unit continues to increase in size a bit. Its not a lot, but its continual, though progress has slowed.

You can see just a bit more fullness around the upper part as the implant is continuing to expand.

How nice to hear that you are recovering well and although it is still early, it seems that you are satisfied, it certainly looks good. I am only 10 days post-surgery. My question is, how does it feel now compared to before surgery?

Its different, but its a new normal. Your dick is definitely a bit stiffer when soft, but its not like you have a hardon or anything. Its the implant. Even when deflated and soft its going to be present inside your dick. You won't notice it unless you are feeling your penis, or anything like that. When I'm not paying attention, everything is 100% normal. When its inflated it feels more natural. There definitely is a pressure sensation when going full bore inflation and somtimes a bit of discomfort if I leave it for too long, but overall yeah - its pretty much OK.

Regarding firmness when completely deflated, after a few years the impact becomes very much like our natural body, you’re never going to get as small, because the implant keeps it from shrinking like it originally did. But it will become very flexible as the material softens up.

Yeah I've noticed a marked improvement on flexability while deflated in the last month. Its MUCH more flexible now - which is nice. It's also nice being a bit of a shower as I was very much a grower before.

You're looking great! Yes I'm already finding the same. I actually like it, and the way my dick hangs longer than before.
