Anyone have a Titan NB ?

Postby thx1138 » Mon Apr 28, 2025 10:02 pm

My understanding is the Titan NB is slightly narrower than a CX ( 1 cm ). So; is the Titan NB more comfortable, less dog ears and less oval than the standard Titan ? I am 5” girth. It is my thinking that I do not need the 6.5”+ capability in terms of girth that the standard Titan provides. So: if the NB is more comfortable and more natural looking, is that the way to go for a standard girth ?

If you want comfort, think about AMS 700. CX or LGX would be fine for you with girth. I have the CX and am currently at 5.3" girth 4 months out from surgery.
48yo gay married male - Size before cancer / ED = 7.5" x 6.25" (current 5.5x5.2). AMS 700 CX implanted 12/9/24. 18cm + 1cm RTE and 18cm + 2cm RTE.

I don't know about lgx, they say it's softer than cx and titan, but many say it's quite stiff, I had titan and now cx, I can tell you that cx is as hard as titan, but much more comfortable and doesn't have dog ears, in addition to being rounder than titan, it has a pump that recharges more slowly and is harder, but it deflates better, if you can get a cx with a tenacious pump get that one without thinking twice
56, DE since 2010, the pills worked at high doses not well, on 01/23/23 titan one touch 22, Dr. Gabriele Antonini, Replacement from titan to cx 21 with ms pump on 04/03/2025, today I am almost 60 years old and have various pathologies, testosterone

This is not quite accurate. The official brochure contains the information you list. I have tested both the normal and the NB TItan. I was able to inflate them both to 22mm diameter granted it was a lot more difficult to do so on the NB Titan (more pumps, more force in squeezing the pump).

You have to remember that the Titan doesn't have a built in girth restrictor like the CX. So theoretically it can continue to expand in girth outside of the body depending on material strength, amount of fluid in reservoir, pumping force that can counteract the cylinder pressure etc.

Inside the body the expansion will get limited by your tunica though
55 years. Using bimix 0.4 units. Works well but inconsistent and very inconvenient. Seriously considering an implant. 6.4 inches bone pressed length to tip, 5 inches girth base, 4.5 inches girth mid-shaft.
