Hi Alex, what do you mean by "floppy head"?

Floppy head is when the head is well..floppy. It doesn't fill with blood therefore it remains soft. It's common when being implanted. Plenty of info on the net about it. Trigel works but it's expensive and can be painful.

If you mean floppy glans, this usually happens when your implant is short and does not reach the glans. And no matter how much engorgement you have, it will always be floppy. I know this first hand because i had it myself and had revision surgery for it.

Sounds like what you had was "cold glans", which is lack of engorgement.

how far into your glans do the tips of your implant reach?
Implanted October 11, 2024, Dr Karaman. Infla10 AX 20cm +1cm RTE.

Hi Alex, was thinking about what you said that it took one year to get your blood flow back. Did it come back out of nowhere? Or did you use some treatment for it?

And did the tips of the implant reach higher in the glans after one year, or it was always in the same position?

Perito maxed me as high as possible. He told me it was floppy and as I said before, it fully healed. I can feel the tips but no pain etc. To me he placed it perfectly.

It came back naturally. I thought I was stuck with it forever. I was considering another corrective surgery by Perito but I let it be.

The tips remained exactly the same in place. From some stories I hear about tips not placed high enough or too high I can assure you that Perito has perfected his craft hence the reputation that he has and from my own experience. I've had 12 surgeries in my life and have always sought out the top dr's. Can't say the same for my cancer doc from years ago. I was rushed into surgery and had no idea wtf was going on. That surgery eventually led to my being implanted.
