Implanted, length difference flaccid vs fully pumped

Hi,

Can you tell me experiences regarding your implanted penis length flaccid vs fully pumped?

For example, if I’m about 4” flaccid, approximately what will be my length fully pumped after I’ve been cycling for a while?

All depends on the implant and your physiology before you got the implant, and how you were sized.

As an FYI I have the same implant as you, AMS700 CX and it's an 18cm with +1RTE and +2RTE. I'm about 5.25" x 4" uninflated, but get closer to 5.6" x 5.3" inflated. The CX gains mostly in girth with the CX standing for Controlled eXpansion.

The general shared experience is that if you are sized correctly, after a period of cycling (several months) you will be near or at your preop length.

The deflated (implanted flaccid) size will typically be larger than your preop flaccid size.



This matches my experience although I’m pretty much back to my preop length inflated right away. My journal post (link in my signature) describes me pre and post op measurements.

Ephi82, I'm almost 3 months post-op and my flaccid is about 1/2" shorter than inflated.

I’m at 5 weeks. Before, I was 3.5 inches flacid and 7 inches erect. Now I’m 6 inches flacid and 6.75 erect.

Same. I was about 4.8" pre-implant then a tad over 7" after AMS 700 LGX. Replaced with a Titan and even bigger. I'm not sure how to feel about this. Good, I guess.

Also to OP I don't know anything but my guess is there's no way to exactly predict your flaccid length based off the size of the implant. Maybe there would be if it was stuck right at your shaft but since everyone's crus is different an 18cm implant on a flaccid 4" dick before implant can be different than a 4" that also has more fat pad and a deeper crus.
