Implanted with ability to get semi hard?

Get the implant. I had a working dick before i got the implant. Problem was it's so big that the amount of blood that it needed would just not get it hard hard. I could still have sex but there was no amount of blood in the world that would get it as rigid as say a 5 inch dick. Ive used trimix and wouldn't wish that shit used on my worst enemy. I had pain in my taint and balls for 6 hours after that injection. Also who wants to stab a needle into their dick. I am used to giving myself needles because of my trt but in your actual junk? nah.

Getting the implant even though ive had a hell of a time healing, is the best thing i ever did. Pump it up, forget about it, do your magic, and deflate with a smile. They say nothing is as good as a blood filled dick. I say that's a lie. My dick gets harder than a natural erection, i can keep going if needed, and it makes a pretty cool talking point.

the mental toll it was taking on me was enough for me to choose the implant. You know how they say choose the man or the bear. Ill choose the implant over the home grown erection every time. and i still know when i get excited because my head and undershaft get hard still. so its a win win.

I have a malleable but I completely agree with this.

Hi. Has anyone gotten an implant who could get semi hard before surgery? My urologist is suggesting I don't consider an implant because I've been getting semi hard now for a bit. (Had prostate removed 3.5 years ago, the cause of my ED).

If I take Cialis now, I can get a bit erect if stimulated. The doctor says I shouldn't do implant if I can get semi hard regularly. Anyone else hear that from doctor?

I can still get occasional fullness, up to barely what I'd call "semi-erect". I do get morning erections sometimes, more often since I started taking amino acid supplements (L-Arginine, L-Citrulline, Creatine). But these erections are not usable...if I start to move around (like to get into position for sex) they go away.

I have implant surgery scheduled for October.

I think the important thing is whether you can get usable erections with a frequency that is satisfying to yourself and your partner(s). Getting "semi hard regularly" means nothing to sexual function and is just a recipe for frustration if those erections can't be used productively.

So ask yourself: Are you happy and satisfied with the quality and usefulness of your erections? If not, something needs to change. If Cialis isn't giving your what you need, you have three choices:

1) Try using Trimix or other injectable medications.
2) You get an Implant of some type.
3) You give up on having sex (some men do this).

I had erections with high dose pills, 150 mg sildenafil or 30 mg vardenafil, but I lost them after 10/15 minutes or if I changed positions, I couldn't do doggy style, I got fixated on doing the implant, never was a choice more wrong, don't do the implant, even the implant is full of problems, use the injections as long as they last, then you can move on to the implant

now I have no problem, when you have an implant you will realize what it means to have a device in your dick and between your balls, with wires that pass around the scrotum, as someone says... nothing is better than a dick full of blood, whether with pills or injections, the implant business has made doctors convert to put forward the implant immediately after the pills, it is not like that, they are criminals attached to money, they have seen the way to get rich very quickly, this speech is valid at the same time with implants, between malleable and inflatable, you will never find an implantologist who will recommend you a malleable

My sex life ended after my late wife's hysterectomy (+ complications) left her turned off like a switch. Prior to that I was using Viagra with diminishing effects kicking in. Add on 15 or so years of atrophy (with only occasional masturbation in the shower,) I wound up with a bend in a smaller dick.

Then I went on a two year period of trying to reclaim/rehab myself. Pills, Shockwave (via Phoenix, IFYKYK,) 2 levels of trimix, TRT, peptides, Improved fitness. Best I could manage was a semi, And I could get semi to an extent without anything. I came a long way, but nothing with any potential for penetration. I realized my problem was circulatory and that, looking back, I'd probably always had a venous leak.

The progress to semi erections made me want to hold out to see if I could come back all the way "naturally." As I pondered it I realized 2 things:
1.) I had likely gone as far as I could. None the aids had given me a penetrative erection.
2.) Looking back through a history of fearing not lasting as long as I wanted as well as sometimes losing it my erection in mid stream I was struck by an epiphany. I didn't WANT my old sex life back. The rarity of really bad outcomes Made me decide to go for it. The payoff if all went well would be becoming the lover I always fantasized about being. To be able to watch my woman come without getting so excited I would lose my load was a tantalizing goal.

These are what drove my decision.

I'm now 2+ months post-op and nearly completely healed, feeling great, and been having amazing sex since week 3.

Nothing better than a blood filled dick??? Maybe one that can work reliably, without drugs and tools, and you never need to think about working or not. But that's not what I had. Now, no more thinking about it, just action and enjoyment, and.... I can go multiple rounds for hours now. Really happy I made this decision!

Before I was implanted I was getting good erections but most of the time I couldn’t maintain them during sex. My night time erections were good also. Pills, injections were hit or miss, mostly a miss.

I just got tired of the disappointments. I started doing research on implants in 2017 and found this website soon after. My goal was to have a penis that works every time I want it to, my implant gave me that.

I personally don’t feel the failure rate is as high as some may think, there are post on here from people having plenty of problems looking for answers here. Most with good working implants not longer post on here.
