Hi everyone. I am on my third surgery (long story and don't want to get into the details of each surgery at the moment).
On my first two surgeries i had no snake eyes, or barely noticeable at all. On this third one i have very noticeable ones and it's been a few weeks. They had a black crust layer on top of them at first (i think it is some procedure the Dr does to stop blood from coming out on the surgery itself). After a few days the black crust fell off and a white layer was under, on top of what it seemed to be two little "craters". It has been like this for a couple weeks.
I want to ask if someone had such big snake eyes for several weeks after the surgery (see picture). And if you had such appearance, did it completely go away? or was there always a scar left over in the end?
Has anyone done any treatment to erase the snake eyes? Such as any specific kind of creams.
My Dr recomended cleaning with betadine (obviously to keep it disinfected) and using some oil. But i wonder if beyond that, anyone in the forum has tried something else that has been useful?

That pic actually looks like you’ve experienced ulceration. Almost like pics I’ve seen of various STD’s wounds. Definitely looks suspicious, I would likely take that dick to a doc for reassurance that all is well. Hope all is well.

Doctor says it's ok and to keep using betadine to heal it. I am just hoping it will not leave a scar long term
@wanttokno I see you had an lgx and a titan. Which one did you like more and why? Any differences worth noting between the two?

The LGX gave me an additional maybe quarter of an inch in length as opposed to the Titan but the Titan an additional half inch girth. As quite a few times in the past I’d run across women who had difficulty with my full length I’ll happily trade a bit of the one for a touch more of the other.
The LGX was initially more comfortable when flaccid but now I wouldn’t say that there are any discernible differences, though I do have to keep 5-6 pumps in the cylinders at all times with the Titan or I experience dog ears. At first or for a short time I can comfortably fully deflate my implant but after 45 minutes to an hour my shaft begins to ache where the dog ears bend over. Adding 5-6 pumps fully resolves the problem.
The 11/22 revision is actually my third. My second, which was also a Titan, was in April of 2020. It’s the second that caused the complications. Heaven willing I’ll get maybe 10-15 years out of this one, they say the third times the charm.
Unless this second Titan also fails prematurely, if I had to do it again with technology and availability being what it is I would most likely choose another Titan. If this current one fails too early then I might begrudgingly consider an AMS CX, though I would hate to lose any more girth.

Thank you! i really appreciate your detailed review. By the way, i do think the CX has more girth than the LGX, so you will probably end up with a good girth anyway.
Did your LGX initially fail as well?
And do you notice any difference in the shape? some people say that some implant models are more oval or artificial shape than others. I remember one user in the forum saying he likes his new CX because it is more round than the titan he had before which was flat.

My LGX failed after having fallen asleep for the night while fully engaged in the spoon position. I woke up still inside her but with a semi erection which seemed odd to me. I tried to pump it up more and nothing happened. I had sprung a leak in one of my cylinders.
As for the shape both the Titan and the LGX were/are like surfboards unless I’m also aroused. When I’m excited and engorged I’m as round and normal in appearance as any pre implant erection.

I had my last revision recently and my penis is 100% surfboard. How long did it take you to get your normal arousal back? Or was it there from day 1?

it actually took me a couple of weeks to get my normal looking erection back. I had the surf board look and then one day it was gone.
