Hi everyone.
Regardless of my current status 20 days after the surgery (I know I have to wait until I can see the final result) I am curious if anyone has experience with penis lengthening by ligamentolysis in combination with an implant?
If you don't know what ligamentolysis is, it involves cutting one of the ligaments that holds the penis in place, allowing the penis to extend 2-5cm further out of the body.
There are a few medical reports where this has been done in combination with an implant and the results seem to be very positive. However, in the reports I have found, this was done at the same time as inserting the implant and there are also very few reports.
My question is therefore whether anyone here has any experience of this, ideally if the lengthening was only done as a second operation after the implant.
And if so, what are your experiences?
Thank you!

Very bad thing to cut those ligaments. Your dick will loose in stability.
46 yo, ED since 3 years, tried pills. Venous leakage. Planned to get a coloplast on 30/04/25
