Post op: Does natural engorgement ever improve?

I've seen a lot of guys in the forum talking about how size improves over time after surgery. But what about engorgement? Does it ever improve? Or is it one of those things that if it was lost on day 1 post op it is gone forever?

I'm curious about as of right now I have almost zero engorgement. My dick is totally flat and almost the perfect definition of a "surfboard" dick. When I use the VED, blood comes en gorges the penis and it becomes round and looks natural. But I cannot achieve this when I am not inside the VED. My dick right now feels totally artificial when I touch it.

I have seen some guys here saying they can even achieve 60-70% natural erections after the surgery and have great blood flow. I wonder if that kicks in after a few months post op or if once it's gone, it's gone forever?

Just for the record, I am not talking just about the glans but the whole penis.

If you have good engorgement prior to implant surgery it will return, but it does take a while. If you have little or no engorgement now the implant won't change that. However, it will allow you to have erections and a pretty natural looking penis.

In a couple of his videos, Dr. Perito says some men do engorge around their implants with stimulation or during morning erections. I think it all depends on the individual and how much bloodflow is retained.

This is what my Dr said as well. I had good engorgement prior and it returned quickly for me. I've had it since about 1-2 weeks post op.

It came back pretty quickly. At 6 weeks I remember my glans pretty swollen the first time I masturbated after the surgery.

Try nitric oxide supplements, it definitely works for me and it promotes healing..

Hi Alex, what do you mean by "floppy head"?

Floppy head is when the head is well..floppy. It doesn't fill with blood therefore it remains soft. It's common when being implanted. Plenty of info on the net about it. Trigel works but it's expensive and can be painful.
