I'm basing this off no nothing at all, just a guess, but probably happens when men find out they can make their dicks bigger,

@2345, if we are honest. You are in a small minority of people who managed to get their dick bigger than their natural size. And you achieved that by cycling like a maniac, doing stretching of all sorts, VED dry + VED wet. You are proof that it CAN be done. Plus you got an implant that expands in length. That being said, majority of people are lucky if they keep their natural size, or even if they lose just a little. Even in your case, you had a smaller dick for like a year post op if i remember correctly (i don't remember the exact amount of time it took you to get all your length, but it was not immediate), it's not like people get an implant and magically get a bigger dick.
I think that's the main reason no doctor ever promises a bigger dick.

I admire your journey with the implant and it's inspiring, but for sure most people are lucky if they manage to get their original size back.

I don't think all that is correct. My story isn't unusual. It's repeated over and and over again as the likely result in relevant studies that don't use excessive cycling like I did. More studies prove other devices increase size so it's not limited to the overwhelming proof of AMS 700 LGX's expansion abilities. This time with Titan I'll be exercising it a whole lot less and expect to get the same results. The majority here a few years ago used to be lucky to get their original size back, but they also didn't know how vital VED use before procedure, or possible after. I'm not sure how many men here have reported size increases but if they haven't I would suspect something about privacy or other psychological reasons are stopping some from wanting to brag about it. A 5" dick doesn't really inspire the man to tell everyone it's now 5.5". I just don't really care if people like me. I'm different but not with my success from implants.

I believe you that you got a bigger penis now than you had pre-implant (i even read your whole blog). However, i think here in the forum this is a minority. I only remember in the forum maybe 2-3 cases (you and @jakerip come to my mind, maybe even bionic dan if i remember correctly) who got bigger dick after implant than before surgery. And guess what, all of them were using length expanding implants.

Even in the case of using length expanding implants, some guys in the forums who use the lgx and cycle every day, and even then they still do not get a bigger size. I remember @sworks17 who has an lgx for more than a year, and he insists that he never got bigger than his original size.

Except for these cases, almost everyone i can think of in this forum got their normal size or less. If i am forgetting about some case, please tell me.

Like i said, i believe your case, and also Jakerip are real because i talked quite extensively with you guys. But i still think it is a minority compared to the rest of guys in the forum.

I would still wager there's a lot of average or below men who experienced gains but don't exactly feel like sharing it with everyone. There's so much evidence of it being realistic and not difficult that here on a forum where almost everyone used to discuss their size loss something is stopping people from being open about it.

Haven't seen you in a bit and thought I did recall you increasing size. At least at first, but signatures saws starting to lose length?

Kind of wrong? The entire purpose of these devices is to restore erectile function. There is no clinical promise at all of these things enhancing penile size. There are other things for that.
