I really like Clavell and he does mention valid points. But i guess he omitted one of the main reasons for possible length loss: Undersizing. In this case it is an error of the surgeon so it wouldn't be very nice for him to mention it. :)

But other than that he is a very charming guy and i read very good comments about him in the forum (i did not get my implant with him though since rigicon is not available in USA)

Doesn't significant undersizing generally lead to floppy glans? It seems that would be obvious and require revision.

If you're just slightly undersized or slightly oversized, I think most surgeons would call that "in the acceptable range of outcomes", even if we disagree. :?

Yep, significant undersizing leads to floppy glans. In my case i had floppy glans and i got a revision with 3cm more. However, some people might get 2cm underzised and live happily with it and never get a revision, who knows . Some people also dont even know what a floppy glans is, and they just think thats how their new dick is supposed to look like

I, on the contrary, unlike those who were undersized, was oversized, I had to have a revision because that extra 1.5/2 cm of silicone in my cock hurt terribly
56, DE since 2010, the pills worked at high doses not well, on 01/23/23 titan one touch 22, Dr. Gabriele Antonini, Replacement from titan to cx 21 with ms pump on 04/03/2025, today I am almost 60 years old and have various pathologies, testosterone

Frank, how are you doing nowadays? do you feel that the -1cm implant shortened your length? or you have the same length as before?

I was hoping this would only be a video about how people will undoubtedly lose size every time for the first weeks and a few months after an implant. Because people post and ask about that often, which I think is an understandable fear, but fortunately it's just an incorrect way of thinking about it, because just like a rhinoplasty he said how your nose is swollen and looks worse but time and recovery fixes that.

I think his overall point was that size losses from implants come from problems long before you get an implant, but I don't know why he mentioned VEDs as an exercise earlier but did not point out later they can be treated or healed entirely with VED use months before surgery.

His point seemed to rush men to implants so they don't lose size, and I don't think that's necessary - if Peyronie's and ED has made you smaller at 55 compared to when you were 22, waiting until you're 65 won't permanently make you lose anything since VED treatment will always be around to fix it.

I do recall people here used to claim that some losses were uncurable in the past but I never really understood or believed it and I'd be curious if anyone could confirm it's true.

hello Discovernew, I'm fine, I fucked twice, the first time I didn't orgasm and I was a little sore, the second time after 10 days I orgasmed easily, I masturbated slowly at 12 days delicately with 2 fingers and I orgasmed, I feel a little discomfort from the tubes that pass around the left testicle that reach the pump, and the angular rectangle of the ms pump, they could have rounded it a bit, it wouldn't have cost them anything, just the 4 rounded edges of the rectangle, evidently they have hundreds of thousands of ms pumps in stock and they don't give a damn that the patient gets discomfort for many months, I haven't lost any size even if the implant is smaller, my cock has a different shape today, no one would notice that I have an implant, aesthetically it is very natural, with the titan it was wide and flat, the touch pump was softer and easier to handle, the ms is harder, it takes a long time to load, but it works better because it doesn't self-inflate, or it does self-inflate the little bit that you don't even feel it, I don't have dog ears and the cylinders are soft, when erect the cylinders are hard as titan, now that I have the implant with the right size I can have sex with the cylinders swollen to 80/90%, with the titan I had to inflate it all because the cylinders were longer, I hope to be able to have sex with the cylinders 100% inflated, I think this will happen around 10 months, I'm on day 52, I can't wait to try it with a paid girl to see how it works, I hope I don't need a revision anymore, if that happens I'll put a malleable, I think it's the best choice for the patient, today everyone pushes the inflatable, I think it's the most convenient choice for the implantologist, I had the replacement with the inflatable because I didn't pay, if I had to pay I would have put a malleable, I can't stand the idea of a healing that lasts up to 1 year, I can't stand the idea that in the meantime it could break, I can't stand the idea of having tubes/wires/and pump between my balls and all the discomfort it causes me, I can't stand the idea that if it were to last 2/3 years the time of rupture is approaching, if I take away the first lost year of healing, I don't see where the convenience is in putting an inflatable, not to mention every day inflating and deflating and keeping it erect for 2 hours in erection, I would be curious to know if among the thousands of urologists / implantologists of our age there is 1 who has a 3-piece implant installed, I believe it does not exist, yet we have implantologists over 50 and 60 years old around the world and I don't think any of them have erectile dysfunction

Thanks for the feedback. I really appreciate it. It is very interesting how even with -1cm you manage to keep your length. It really surprises me how these implant sizes vs penis sizes work.

I agree that the malleable sounds better in many ways. But really i have no natural engorgement and i am scared i would end up with a penis that looks like a thin pencil. If it wasn't for that, i would seriously consider the malleable.
