Another update for those interested. Also please chime in if you have any advice as well. I called the pharmacy today and let them know my progress titrating from 5u to 30u. They advised using 40u and call back. Well I was trying to figure out how to explain to them tomorrow and went on the Google hunt. Found a lot of charts using banana and cucumber. As 3 and 4 on a scale. Injecting 40u I was between 3 and 4 but closer to 3. I'm calling back tomorrow and will keep updating.

I wasn't aware DUS could detect fibrosis or scarring. Good to know.

Not sure what you mean by DUS. What I meant was that this technique of pumping and then shooting doesn't seem to have caused me any negative effects.

Sorry. I was questioning if your Doppler Ultra Sound test was effective at detecting fibrosis or scarring. I had a Doppler test a few months ago and, AFAIK, is purpose was to see blood flow. Now, five months into injections, I detect no fibrosis but I am keen to early detect any that might be forming. I have my urologist inspect me every few months but if a Doppler test can detect early fibrosis, then I would schedule one of those yearly, or so.
Born 1954. Diabetes, hypertension and atherosclerosis. Sildenafil is iffy. Tri-Mix (30/3/20 Pap/Phen/PGE1) a godsend pending long-term efficacy. Daily Cialis. Tried LiESWT, Botox, PT-141, Eroxon, QST, DUS, Vertica, cabergoline, psychotherapy+hypnotherapy.

Oh, I understand now. I'm not a radiologist, but this was done at Dr. Hakky's office as part of my initial consultation. The doppler tech told me my diastolic blood flow was normal (so no venous leak), my systolic blood flow was bad (scores of 6/14 per side, normal is 25-35)...so I have trouble getting bloodflow into the cavernosa.

She also mentioned there was no evidence of scarring or fibrosis, which I think surprised her a little with my long history of injections. I guess they are able to see some of those issues on the ultrasound.
58yo in good shape looking at Coloplast Titan. Tri-Mix still works but is a drag.
