For all men who have an implant how many had severe ED?

The final frontier. Deciding when, if and how.

My dick still works and will work for quite some time.

But whats the point of having a dick thats shrinking in size?
A dick that i barely enjoy and that i constantly think about?

I have erections but i dont enjoy them, my mind has lost the connection between the dick and women. I dont feel horny when i see a hot girl anymore and no its not my T-levels. Its the fact that i dont like my dick going inside of them.

Its not good to get an implant if your erections still work, specially at my age, but is it good to live like this? Not enjoying life to the fullest?

Might schedule an appointment with Hakky and get some input. Clavell was reluctant to implant a working dick i spoke to him 1.5 years ago.

I don't know that an implant will increase your enjoyment of erections or sex, if you're still having good erections but not enjoying the erections or sex acts now. What are you hoping to achieve with the implant?

I dont enjoy them because my fibrosed tunica gets damaged every time i have sex. And my dick gets smaller over time from this. Feeling the scar tissue get more damaged during sex takes away much of the joy + i know that the tradeoff is dick size and its just not a good trade off for barely enjoyable sex.

I really overdid it with the jelqing over the years..never thought it would end like this tho.

I honestly dont think anyone will implant me since my dick is straight and works. Over time its gonna fail for sure. Til then i have to tell girls that sex with me will basically suck because i have to be careful and only do straight in and out no bending or grinding etc. And i will focus more on clitwork and fingering. Fml but many here have had it worse so im not gonna complain.
31 YO,

Diffuse tunica fibrosis from stretching/jelqing.
Several small circumferential fibrosises. Sex and masturbation makes it worse.

I see. I'm sure you can find a surgeon who will accommodate you if you explain it in detail to them. If you pay cash and don't go through insurance, it could perhaps be considered a "cosmetic" procedure.

Are you sure that the fibrosis is shortening you, or is that just something you've heard? I would think you'd maintain length if you have good erections, even if there's a a lot of fibrosed tissue in there. But I'm no urologist, so that's just guessing.

For all men who have an implant how many had severe ED?

I definitely had severe ED, about as bad as it gets. Absolute zero erectile function, a limp dick 24/7.
Caused by a radical prostatectomy due to prostate cancer - a very common side effect of that surgery.
Pills (Sildanefil, Tadalafil etc) did absolutely nothing for me. Trimix injections worked well for a period and then didn't work at all.
I tried focal shockwave therapy, but that also did nothing. Using a VED was then my only way of getting an erection, but it's a poor solution for PIV sex in my experience. It did help regain/maintain size though. So after 3 miserable years of futile waiting to see if my erections would return, an implant was the only way to go. Nearly 7 weeks post op and already I have no regrets.
70 y.o. married from Sydney Oz. PC and nerve sparing RRP 2022, but still profound ED since. Tried pills, injections, shockwave therapy, VED. Finally implanted Mar 6 2025 AMS 700 LGX 21cm x 12mm, no RTEs, MS pump, Penoscrotal.
Now dealing with recovery.
