I don’t regret it. So far it was a blessing.

It's my understanding that if you're using injections, you're already on you way to an implant. It all depends on when the injections stop working, which they inevitably will.
40. Implanted July 5, 2024, by Dr. Andrew Kramer, Urology Associates of Cape Cod. AMS LGX, 21cm cylinders + 2cm RTEs. Idiopathic "hard flaccid" ED following bacterial infection. Tried pulse waves, Cialis, TRT, even spinal injections. Nada.

I think you are in implant territory if Viagra stops working.

I've only had injections for the Doppler Ultrasound and they didn't work great, but I know tolerable doses of Viagra and Cialis stopped working when I was 45 years old and I consider that the point where an implant would have been reasonable.

I'm 50 at the moment and have delayed getting an implant for the last 5 years with the hope things would improve if I improved my lifestyle and masturbatory habits, but despite these changes things have only gotten worse.

On the one hand you are only 40 and that is young for an implant, but on the other, injections can damage your tissues and make the implant operation more complicated. I would probably do the implant or just not do injections for several years until you get an implant. I wouldn't do injections knowing I am getting the implant eventually.
Born 6/15/74. I have substantial venous leak with fairly severe hour-glassing, but no hard plaques. My urologist is Dr. Laurence Levine who performed a Doppler Ultrasound and diagnosed me with VL in 2020. Surgery scheduled for Coloplast Genesis 5/19/25

I'd stay with injections as long as they're working. I did them for 20+ years, with very good results.
Once you go implant you can never go back.

No regrets here ams700, yes it was scary when the doc says there is no turning back, but it has been the best decision I’ve made to get a Bionic Dick!

Hey Honey, would you like some action tonight! Yes I would, ok Honey give me about a minute to get this Bionic weapon ready for drilling! Lol

Over 3 years and loving it!

Regrets?! Hell no way. My recovery sucked for 13 days and maybe thats just me. I'd do it again if revision is necessary. I'm over 2 years in and I can fuck without a problem. Its grown length and girth and even though it may not be a foot long I got my life back. Best thing I could have done and besides, I didn't have a choice as everything else failed. The wife is very happy too. Coloplast Titan One Touch. GL to ya.

If you get sick...go to the dr.
If your teeth hurt....go to the dentist.
If your dick quits working....start planning on an implant. No regrets with my CX. I do wish that I never got ED. But I got it....found a very good dr im my sparsely populated state. He did a good job fitting me with a good implant. Only regret is that I didn't get it years sooner. Honestly.....its the best unkown super power on this planet.

Please keep this quiet or every man will demand one.
