In most cases you get back what you had previous to surgery. Have a friend that had radical prostate surgery and could not gather any gland engorging after surgery even with shots and urethreal injections of a timid product. 2 years in here. I had serious glans engorgement issues. I used Trigel which worked well but even using the lowest dosage it was too painful. Same when I was injecting over a 2 year period. Very expensive. Over time it naturally healed itself. Thought that it would never come back. I'd tell anyone having this procedure done that it takes time to fully heal. Have patience, do your cycling etc and as far as I'm concerned thats just how it goes. I've had good growth as well both length and girth.
