Will cycling help regain some length and girth

Hi I have had a titan one touch implanted two weeks ago I originally had a malleable implant and had it revised to the titan
I See my surgeon today he asked to see me
He was more than happy with my recovery he said I’m well ahead of where I should be at this stage
He inflated the implant today and I was a bit taken aback with my size length of my penis obviously I’m still slightly swollen but I’m curious will this gain length over the weeks of cycling in the future ?
Also at 4 pumps now the penis feels hard but not quite as I would like it ..but the bulb is rock hard and can’t be pumped more .. will I be able to pump more into my penis over the months of cycling ? As this just dosnt seem enough
Sorry about the questions I know it’s early on post surgery but after many many years of ed I’m desperate for this to be right

Yes, it will. After my first implant I waited over a month to cycle and because I didn't know better I expected all my size back already and instead lost over 2". The pump sometimes would get hard after a few pumps too. That concerned me. But there is no need to worry. This happens to literally everyone. You are breaking it in and expecting anything two weeks after surgery will not happen.

All you gotta know is you must be patient. You'll get all your size back or more, but it will take months or a year of cycling, and consider using a VED plus Perito's THE exercise.

The data and many personal experiences have proven you'll get what you want. But all of them will also confirm it's a slow process.

Try cycling in a hot shower or tub, get it all softened up. Much easier.

Cycle twice a day. Inflate fully. As much as you can. After a few minutes gently bend the implant a bit up and down, side to side. Then try putting another pump in. Sometimes no more will go. But sometimes you’ll get another partial pump or two.

Try to stay pumped at max 20 or 30 minutes or as long as you can.

Do that twice a day.

Did you surgeon say it was OK to be immersed in a bath? If so this is easier to do and easier to tolerate in a hot bath.

But make absolutely certain your surgeon has cleared to you be in the bath. Make certain. An infection would be catastrophic.

GoodWood, i see you have a 24cm titan. I am curious how much length did you gain post op? and how long did it take you to get most of it?

I’ve had an extraordinarily easy recovery. Not sure why: my age? (56) Surgeon? (Eid) Luck?

My very first measurements for length were essentially my preop length. I think I was 7 1/8” at my absolute best preop. I’m currently 7” or maybe 6 7/8”.

My preop girth was 6.5” and my very first measurement was 5.5” so I lost an inch. By the end of the second week I measured 5.75”. So now I’m down 3/4” from my preop girth. Still plenty big but I expect with cycling I continue to gain girth back. I don’t expect to get any more length. An implant won’t make you bigger than you were before ED.

Dr Eid told me that because of my large girth I should expect to lose 1cm girth. That would mean a change from 6.5” to 6.1” girth.

I’ll know where I’ve ended up in about a year.
