We expect to have the IPP available within the US market at this time next year. Thank you for your interest in Rigicon products!

Do you think this is still valid? We are already at almost a year since your post

I don't know, I just found the emails and sent them one asking if it was available here in the USA yet and their surgeons. I did see a video that Dr Kramer did on Rigicon and was released April 2nd of 2025. If I hear anything I will post.

Can you please link to Dr Kramer's video? Can't find it. Also, did you send a follow up email to Rigicon and are just waiting for reply? I'd love them to be here, but the surgery cost is still so high in the states it would still make sense to travel.

I also couldn't find that video. I would be very curious mostly because I have a Rigicon and for warranty reasons it's good to have options in USA also.

Kramer's Rigicon videos are for the 2019 FDA approved Rigicon Rigi10 malleables.

If you follow the vimeo link, it says in the title that video if from 2021. "Rigicon Symposium at ESSM 2021 - Dr. Andrew C. Kramer's Presentation". By the way, he is talking about the old pump version, not the new Pulse model. So this confirms it's an old video.

I wonder if anyone got any recent email from rigicon confirming or denying wether inflatables will be available in USA this year?

Sorry guys, thought it was a newer video, I did send Rigicon a email yesterday and inquired about the IPP coming to the US market, when I hear anything I will post it.

I suspect that the Infla10X devices are currently undergoing a clinical trial here in Australia, because my quotation mentioned "Rigicon trial" with the price.

Perhaps FDA approval will follow on from the published results of the trial.

But it's just speculation.
RALP with 75% nerve sparing 10/24.
Some tumescence from 5 weeks post op. Erection improved with pills, stalling @ 60%
Keen to get frisky with young wife again. Implanted Rigicon 10X 20 cm + 1 cm RTE mid April 25.

How much did you end up spending? if it's possible to mention the price in the forum.

Curious if you got penoscrotal or infapubic incision?
