For all men who have an implant how many had severe ED?

I think that questionnaire is a rather flawed tool as it does not have any options of "never", you cannot answer it truthfully if you cannot get an erection at all.
I pulled a muscle in my groin about 13 years ago, ( which my urologist said must have been incidental, and cannot have been the cause), and never had an erection again, pills, VED, injections and now an implant, and still cannot get one!

I have a dick that is very fibrosed (the tunica) and is losing more and more girth and some length aswell. Its a very slow process and i could probably make my dick last 5-10 more years by not having that much sex and limit the amount of time and positions etc. Eventually i will have ED for sure but by then i will have lost a lot of size and right now im not having the sexlife that i want.

Im rich, fit and good looking and would like to travel the world meeting hundreds of women and having amazing sex. But i cant do that because i have to be careful and honestly i dont enjoy sex that much anymore. Barely even horny because of my issues.

Girls cant touch/suck my dick because i simply dont like it anymore, because of the fibrosis that becomes inflamed which leads to size loss.

I love the idea of getting implant and then having 10 years of amazing sex while travelling the world and living an amazing life.

My dick still works and will work for quite some time.

But whats the point of having a dick thats shrinking in size?
A dick that i barely enjoy and that i constantly think about?

I have erections but i dont enjoy them, my mind has lost the connection between the dick and women. I dont feel horny when i see a hot girl anymore and no its not my T-levels. Its the fact that i dont like my dick going inside of them.

Its not good to get an implant if your erections still work,specially at my age, but is it good to live like this? Not enjoying life to the fullest?

Might schedule an appointment with Hakky and get some input. Clavell was reluctant to implant a working dick i spoke to him 1.5 years ago.

After radical prostatectomy due to early signs of cancer, I could not get a natural erection. Pills worked some, some of the time, and prolonged pain became worse due to my reaction to injected prescriptions. Shrinkage was severe after the prostatectomy, but I have gained it back. Now libido is like it was in my 20's and 30's. Wish I had done the implant 2 years sooner. Your situation should definitely be discussed with a competent urologist. I know nothing about fibrosis, but I would think it would be an indication for corrective surgery. Best wishes!

Interested to know how many guys who have implants got it because they wanted to perform better without pills or injections and not because they had severe ED?

Mine is mild depending on my stress and pain levels. Not going to lie the thought of never having to worry about pills or performing again is tempting, but I can get a good erection and have good maybe not great sex already so it's far.more of a conundrum than if you have no alternative.

No choice for me but to implant. 3 long years ED post prostrate surgery. Pills, injections etc. 2 years in and happy as ever.

Spoke with Clavell 1.5 years ago.. Might consider talking to him again. Who knows if he might reconsider if you are already dead set on an implant.

How so? Doesn't implant give yo an erection on demand? I am very confused.

My ED started right after my first back surgery ( L5 - S1 fusion ) I was told they got " a little close to those nerves" that control everything down there and that from then on I needed to be mindful of any changes in bowel or bladder movements. It steadily got worse as time went on and the other 3 back surgeries didn't help it any. I had tried pills ( cialis only one that worked for me ) then moved on to Trimix injections. When those became hit or miss in working it was time to get the implant, should have done it much sooner.
