Ok, so I had read about IC injections, no refractory period, multi hour ragers where you could keep going after climaxing, so I figured, why not!? I went to a place that had advertised in the paper. Doctor was a dude-never again!- read on why! This doctor dude gave me a test injection of quadmix. Fucker squeezed my dick and starts stroking it. I am going to try 3 units of regular trimix and see....would be nice to not have to use phenyl again and I could use titration to determine wood time. It appears I am extremely sensitive to the stuff and the line between it working great or not at all is a half unit which is odd.

It is funny, once you have rocket fueled wood, you never want to have any other kind of sex, it is just off the richter scale.

BTW, I think it is foolish to not have phenylephrene on hand, as in two bottles in case you lose one. Most of these places are charging $60 delivered for 1 10 mg vial. I you are using 40 units which is a rather large volume of liquid, I would change my trimix RX strength. That vial is almost all bacteriostatic water to begin with. If it has double the ingredients, theoretically, you can half the unit volume injected. A more potent mix is only marginally more expensive, like 10-$20 more for a 5 mg vial. If it takes half as much, then the cost is almost half per dose. There are over ten different strength of trimix, then above that, quadmix. This thing where I read guys paying $180-$400 a vial is nut!

Others should keep in mind that if you double the ingredients and half the volume, your titratration range might also halve. For me, 2.5 units to 3 units is the difference between 2.5 hours or 4+ of wood, that means half a unit difference has me reaching for phenylephrene or not. I envy the guys who can use unit numbers to select wood time. It is like Dial A Dick.

I agree about the rarity of female urologists, but I refuse to present my dick and prostate for palpitation to a male doc, that is just ALL wrong. It is like a male urologist fucking you up the ass to check your prostate, all while he chants I am a doctor so as I fuck you up the ass, it is not sexual as I a professional and I fuck all my male patients up the ass for prostate checks!".

To the OP,

I'll start with your list of questions:

A. When I was prescribed IC injections (Edex) post prostatectomy, I was given the script and told to read the package insert instructions. So I don't know what's normal.

I can understand any prescribing doctor or his/her assistant manipulating your dick to distribute the meds. I think I could tell if they were doing it erotically or enjoying it too much. I'd take issue with that. Otherwise it wouldn't bother me.

After years kidney stones events, dick skin tears necessitating sutures, multiple prostrate exams, multiple prostate biopsies, a proctectomy with resultant follow-up's including catheters, a pressure test, radiation while partially covered by a small napkin, and other humbling procedures I no longer care who sees or handles my junk. That concern has been beat out of me. I've been looked at and or handled by plenty of medical professionals of both genders.

B. I've never had a female urologist. Around here urologists are difficult to get into. You take what you can get. I wouldn't really care whether my urologist was male or female as long as I felt they were professional and competent. Having a sense of humor is a nice bonus. Other than maybe an initial meet and greet I would expect any urologist to be thorough. If you saw them with a specific issue you wanted addressed I would expect them to address that issue appropriately. There is certainly more to urology than dick and balls. If you have an issue you want addressed I wouldn't hesitate to bring it up.

C. Reread A. I'm not seeing the doctor for anything erotic. I expect them to be concerned for my health and to address it professionally. I've unfortunately had many GPs or Primary Care Providers over the years. For at least the last 30 years all but one has been female. My original uro prescribed my original injection script (Edex). He retired not long afterwards. I've gotten every script since from my PCP (GP) doctors. I've had 4 or 5 PCPs in that time. None of them knew much of anything about IC injections. I trained them all and got them to prescribe what I wanted. You have to be sure of your facts and sound that way, very diplomatic, don't threaten their authority and be very sensitive to their egos. I haven't failed yet, knock, knock.
